Everything was organised promptly and the team who installed the heating units compleated the work to the highest standards. Fitted a new air source heat pump. NO PAPERWORK SUPPLIED. It is not working. They allow 82YR OLD to have NO HEATING and NO HOT WATER for 2 weeks

Well what can I say. What a wonderful team, efficient, clean and professional. Had a Gov Grant for a new boiler, underfloor installation, trickle vents on windows and new extraction fans, all works done to a high standard by a dedicated team.
