I’m not one to leave reviews but felt I had to leave one to say how happy I am with my purchase! I ordered the daily planner and the business planner at a later date (as I was so impressed with the daily one!), they help me stay focused and organised, I can’t recommend them enough for anyone who has a busy lifestyle but wanted to keep on top of everything, they also look amazing !

I really wanted to love it but its soo hard to use. Don't waste your money , you can basically get the free version on notion.

Digital planner not fit for purpose. I realised this after a few hours of trying to set it up. I emailed to request a refund as it just doesn't work as advertised and was told no refunds were available. Blatant cash grab, annoyed that I fell for it.

Full of glitches and nowhere near worth the £42 charged. I've been using both Notion and Asana for a few months and the Digital Planner is wildly underwhelming in comparison to the free versions of these. After a few hours playing about with it:

Habits don't carry over to Daily Planner.
Consistency percentage doesn't track for habits
Projects don't carry over to Daily Planner.
No option to timeblock tasks by dragging into Daily Schedule.
No option to merge timeblocks in Daily Schedule
No option of Calender view of all tasks

All in all, very disappointing.

Unhelpful customer service
Also delivery took much longer than promised

I actually love Grace and her activewear line but unfortunately this planner doesn't work at all! They get you to put habits in a separate section and then you can also see them all in your daily plans, and the functionality is meant to be that you can track habits by dragging across which ones you have done that day and it gives you a percentage score per habit. But when dragged in the daily planning part, the habits delete from the habits section!! Which means it's not a functioning habit tracker at all. I have contacted the support people but it's been a week and haven't had a response yet. This was a total waste of money and very sad :( If staff at productivity method see this please respond to my support ticket.

Constant releases from brand is exhausting now, new launch every other month with next greatest thing that is going to 'change customers lives', totally not in line with business owners self-branding as an eco-conscious sustainable queen.

I purchased the digital planner, had an issue with the template and was told no support would be provided, I had to go back and forth with them 4 times before someone else came back and gave me the very simple solution (which was the template, and not Notion related). Baffled that a company selling a digital product was so resistant to offering incredibly basic support.

Further, the planner itself is basic, with more sophisticated offerings available at a much better price on Etsy.

Whole operation feels like a cash grab.

Digital planner - Hate it

Horrible, grey, boring, complete waste of money. I’ve been following Grace for years, so very disappointed to get something so terrible from her. I can’t believe how horrible it is. I’ll be sticking to Monday.

Ordered my planner on the 5th of December - no where online did it suggest there would be such a huge delay in getting my planner (fine print said potentially the addition of a couple of days max due to Black Friday) - I’m 2 weeks on and still waiting on dispatch. Order is still displaying as confirmed. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times and their response has been no far of a joke - complete lack of sympathy and extremely unhelpful (and unable to cancel with no suggestion to when I’ll even get my product????). I think they didn’t have the stock and just oversold to people like me to keep constantly money grabbing - Why have I paid £36 (almost £4 in delivery????!!!!) to be taken for an absolute joke. Shame as used to be a fan of Grace Beverly and sister brand TALA - will be telling people to stay well away.

I have to preface this with I'm not one to leave negative reviews and I really wanted to love this product! I've been following Grace online for years and I'm a big fan of her work.

I bought the digital planner and honestly was really disappointed. The template is a bit too convoluted and a bit too high maintenance for my needs (maybe more useful for people with multiple business or students?). Even then, I gave it a try so I could make the most out of it. I got stuck because the tutorials didn't match my template, I couldn't follow along and tailor it to my needs as shown in the videos. I contacted costumer support and was told "We are unable to provide product help for Notion outside of providing the planner template and tutorials. For any questions about Notion more generally, you will need to contact Notion directly". Except this was clearly a tutorial/ template issue. I'm honestly really disappointed as this is a £42 product that TPM can't support or refund.

As a project manager, productivity lover and mostly analog planner, I was excited to give this a try. While I like Grace's method of categorising tasks contextually based on time (quick ticks: 5 minutes, tasks: 5-15 minutes and projects: 30+ minutes), the hour-by-hour daily organiser doesn't provide enough space in each hour chunk to really list many tasks when batching.

For the 'projects' it would be great to have dedicated sections or pages for these so that you're able to list all the subtasks within a larger 'project'.

I also find it very strange that the weekly planners have their own section (so several weekly planners in one section), followed by several daily planners in the next. Surely it makes more sense to have a weekly planner, followed by seven days of daily planners and then repeat that so that all your planning and tasks for a single week are in one place?

While I think the production quality of the planner itself is high, the 'method' itself could use a bit more thought and I don't find myself turning to this planner regularly.

I've also bought the digital planner (and even without having used it yet, I 100% agree with the other reviewer who said it was overpriced) which I haven't had a chance to really dive into yet, but which I'm a bit nervous about given the other reviews so far! Will update this review once I've had a go.

I bought the digital planner a couple of weeks ago. My planner doesn't have the features shown in the tutorials, i.e. there's buttons in the tutorials that aren't on my planner. It also feels generally buggy and so I've been unable to use the planner yet.

I've emailed customer support who said they were looking into it and would get back to me, but it's been over 2 weeks now and I can't get hold of anyone.

I love the overall premise of the planner but it feels like I've paid for an unfinished product and customer care is frustratingly unhelpful, with a general lack of care.

I've asked for a refund but am yet to hear back. Has ruined my opinion of this company which is a shame.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY THE DIGITAL PLANNER

I’m a huge fan on the physical planner so didn’t want to write this but my experience with customer support is awful. I won’t be buying from here again!

I contacted them within the launch week as the digital planner which is heavily over priced didn’t work! Tasks untick themselves and lose their functionality when moved to daily to do lists. This makes the planner even more hard work than not using the planner at all! Customer service made me provide various screenshots, screen recordings etc for them to not provide a solution or refund. I don’t want to leave reviews like this but with this experience and getting nowhere, it’s come to this.

DO BETTER

Bought the digital planner, while it is probably great for most people, I am slightly disappointed. I currently use google calendar, tasks and docs (free) to organise my time, tasks and goals but thought that this digital planner would allow me to have everything in one place. However, it is only good to use for the personal growth and goals sections, and for projects that do not have repetitive tasks. I have ADHD so prefer to schedule in literally everything, e.g. washing my hair every 3 days, drinking water multiple times a day, etc. but on the digital planner, you cannot intuitively make repeating tasks. After googling whether I could reprogram the planner myself as it’s on a customisable Notion template, I found that you can create repeating tasks but only by creating a new task template which doesn’t pull the tasks through to the daily planning template, so is useless. Even if it did pull through so you could tick the tasks off on the correct day, you can only repeat tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis. This means I will not be able to use the planner for my intended purpose. I have tried playing around with the daily schedule template so that I duplicate the correct daily schedule repeatedly but it is too much manual effort when google can do it automatically. The personal growth, goals and projects sections are good but I don’t think this is a good option for those who like to schedule in recurring tasks - it is the same as a written diary, which I avoid for the same reason.

Since using the planner for a while, I’ve found that the habit tracker just doesn’t work. I even went back into the original email and started again with a new template in case I broke anything but it simply does not provide an accurate success rate - it simply says 100% or 0% depending on whether I’ve done the habit over 50% or not. Additionally, the finance tracker has very limited capability. For both purposes, (and probably for the entirety of this paid digital planner) you can find better templates completely free, already available on Notion. Wish I had searched Notion before jumping into buying this planner!

Anyone who’s bought this planner, including myself, has essentially bought it solely because of Grace’s influence alone as almost identical products can be found for completely free. Strange considering Grace doesn’t want to be seen as only having “influencer businesses” that don’t sell genuinely high quality, valuable products. Feels very shady and almost exploitative to me. I would understand if the paid planner had amazing functionality like some other paid templates on Notion but it just doesn’t…

Received my preorder for a planner and the quality was really poor. The binding of the pages was asymmetrical and the pages hung out over the back cover. They provided a 20% refund for this defect, but I probably wouldn't buy again
