We filled the application out…
We filled the application out incorrectly and the original person that we spoke to was extremely unhelpful and rude. This made the process stressful. We then dealt with Sophie after this and she was helpful and helped us with the application. Cant remember the first ladies name but maybe she should sit with Sophie for a day and learn how to help customers.
