Big drama to close the account and withdraw the balance, too many phone calls from dubuious numbers, at odd overs.
was told refund can only be through Crypto account, never told when I opened the account
when you talk with them they are all the coercing you to spend more, they even opened a another account without my knowledge... very very pushy
Still struggling to close the account and get my money.

Standard answer ProclubTeam "We are unable to locate your details in our client database. Please contact us directly so we can assist you further." they are contacting me two three times a day, I have informed them via email what I want, all they want to do is talk me out of withdrawal.
Wont touch them with barge Pole!!

Is this trading platform authorized to do business with Canadians?

There are so many things to share. But I like this platform no doubt. i just want to know if we are in trouble with any agent and if we want to address our concerns privately whom to contact.

Also want to know is there a group chat link in Telgram to discuss about this platform to learn more things.

A bit scared, they are asking me to borrow (bonus) from them to invest fast, and I have to repay before I can withdraw my profit.... is this normal? It's a big amount and I'm having my doubts.

It took a while to get used to the trading style because trades are a lot less frequent than I am used to, but the results just build and build.

I don't know about the other instruments, but the spread of only $4 on the platform is great. And this is with the Standard account type. The platform offers an improved spread, but I am satisfied with the one I get. In combination with the absence of trading fees, my trading on this platform is cost-effective. The trading software used by this broker is MT4 which is another excellent decision they made.
