5/5 Stars for their silver chains. Their lion claps are beautiful. But, 3/5 Stars for their service. Contacted via chat and they told me a product would be in stock on a specific date. I also signed up for their stock alerts, and received an email saying product would be back in stock within the week. That was two weeks ago and the product is still not in stock. Too bad, because I was only in the US for a month, leaving in a few days, and have been waiting a couple months to purchase that chain!

I’ve been a Proclamation Jewelry customer for nearly a decade. They are my go-to jeweler. Their pieces are true works of art: exquisite, perfectly crafted with very fine precision, and flawless. They also hold up. The rhodium plating they use is superior to other jewelers I’ve tried. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, their customer service is excellent. They are prompt, kind, understanding, and fair. I give these folks my highest recommendation. Oh, and lifetime warranty and maintenance doesn’t hurt. Buy with confidence.

Such a lovely piece of jewelry! Thank you so much.

Product is first class and it’s great working with the team.

Fast delivery even to Switzerland. Top quality silver item. Customer service responsive, even if it sometimes takes a little patience.

I’m so happy with my purchase of the sterling silver saint michael pendant! The craftsmanship is beautiful and the quality is top notch! I got this as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Customer service was also fantastic!!

The Pendant is beautiful! And someone from Proclamation kept in touch with me while my order was being made … giving updates. 👏🏻 Thank you.

Great craftsmanship in their products!

Top quality, great value, quick shipping. Would recommend!

Notch top, some of the best stuff out there.

The quality and detail of the piece is amazing.

Absolutely perfect!! Fast shipping, item exactly as pictured/described! Will definitely purchase from Proclamation Jewelry again!

Great quality and perfect size for a bigger man with a larger chain. Weighs exactly what was promised. Thanks.

Service was great, buying a big purchase online (especially jewelry) can be a little nerve wracking but there was communication throughout the process to help alleviate that. Good customer service goes a long way these days. Some businesses seem to forget that they wouldn't be in business if not for their customers and it's nice to deal with a company that values its customers.

Great craftsmanship at a good price

Stunning jelewry with exceptional customer service and selection. Pendants and religious jelewry usually dont have large connecting jump rings and I like the ability to put Proclamation Jewelry on thicker chains.

Great experience for purchasing a special pendant and chain. Everything is boxed and bagged very nicely, including a polishing cloth. This company is making heirloom quality pieces for gift giving to yourself or special loved ones.

I initially had a problem with shipping that was not the fault of Proclaimation. When I reached out to the company, I literally recived both a text and a call from the owner, Nick. Without flinching, he took ownership of the situation and immediatley made it right. The service is outstanding, and they've earned a customer for life.
