According to tracking information, there was no one in at your address to sign for your parcel. We have tried calling, sent an email and text with tracking information to allow you to arrange a re-delivery or collection. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Bad experience
Good product as always. But paid for express delivery for it not to be delivered until almost a week later. And communication wasn’t great where it also took multiple days to even get so much as a response, only for them to blame the postal system.
Not friendly at all.

We established that your local sorting office have had strike disruption so this is the reason for the delay. We responded within 24 hours of your message and we did our best to help you as communication is a top priority for us.

Purchased for partner who is over the moon with the product.
Delivery was slower than expected and a bit of a faff, which is the only reason for 4 stars.
Customer services were fantastic when alerted to the issue and explained the situation clearly, giving tracking information for the pending delivery. The delivery was then sent next day signed for - my only gripe is that the company either gave the wrong tracking number (sender tracking) or do not use a customer tracking service, as I had to wait in the full day for delivery because no time slot was given. Your tracking is only updated to say sent, and then again to say signed for.
Will still use again and recommend.

Having checked your order we can see that your order was sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which aim to deliver next day working day but can sometimes take 1-2 working days to arrive depending on your location. The tracking information is automatically uploaded and included in shipping confirmation upon dispatch. We are glad to hear that our staff gave you top notch customer service.
