Hi TC,
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.
We’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable with one of our recent post-purchase emails. Our intention was simply to thank customers for supporting our small family-run business, not to influence customer opinions or ratings.
We will review the wording of the email internally to ensure it remains fully compliant .
We do appreciate your comments, and we’re pleased to hear you were otherwise happy with the product itself.
Thanks,
Darren Grant

First order excellent service.
First order been trying to find replacement for my vivomixx. The service was excellent and most important to me was it came packaged with a cold pack very important for the product, that shows a reputable company. I am very impressed by this first order and they will now be my permanent supplier.
