Top service as always from Proactive Despatch, urgent request sent at 1:30pm on a Friday(!) and all arranged, collected and delivered by 3:50pm. Amazing service and communication.

At very short notice again I needed to arrange a collection from Leicester to go to Penzance!

Contacted Ross and Paul with a day to spare and had a quote and confirmation within an hour that this was a go ahead.

Just had a confirmed email saying the goods have been signed for and delivered, can't ask for a better service than that.

We have used Proactive Despatch for over several years now and not moved to any other External courier company simply because of the service they give. There is Excellent communication from start to finish from initially sending an E-Mail regarding a quote you also get a rapid response from the Customer Service team. The drivers always turn up on time when quoted and deliver the products within the given timetable required. You get confirmation E-Mails when they have collected and also when they have delivered so no chasing up with the customers. I will definitely give this company 5/5 for their A Star service all round.

Paul Hopkins came in to our branch and he was so friendly and talked me through how they work and what we would be looking at for prices. He was very informative. Have since used their service for a next day pick up and delivery and could not fault them at all. All timings were perfect. I even got a courtesy call the next day to ask how it all went. I couldn't ask for a more efficient and friendly service. I would definitely recommend using them.

We have used Proactive Despatch quite a bit recently and every job has run smoothly, prices are always quick and timescales met. the notifications for when the vehicles arrive at pick up and delivery sites are a bonus. look forward to working with them more in the future.

This is the first time I have used Proactive and I have been extremely impressed by the whole procedure. Paul and Ross have been a pleasure to deal with and the communication all the way through has been superb.

Even after an issue at the delivery address with the item being too big they have agreed to divert to a location of our choice with no hesitation despite being later on a Friday afternoon.
