Obviously my unit was low on Freon because 2 days after they came out and stated everything was fine, the unit stopped cooling. I even asked the technician specifically if the Freon level looked good and he said it did. Now I have to make another appointment and pay a fee for someone to come out again. Very disappointing.

The technician was kind and knowledgeable. He did the job efficiently and also went out of his way to fix my remote control by using his own battery, trying different ways.
Terrible terrible company
Run, don't walk, run. Do not use this company. Deny, defend, depose applies to them as much as it does to insurance companies. They do not care about their customers. I had someone install something via Frontdoor, and he broke something in the process. They have done everything possible -- delay, deny, do not respond -- to avoid liability. Use at your own peril. I sent messages to executives at the company. No response. They just do not care.

Denied for ‘Improper Capacity’ - But No Proof Provided
I filed a service request for my AC system after a clear failure, only to have them deny the claim under something called an “Improper Capacity Exclusion.”
They claim my system is mismatched, yet they provided no actual documentation, measurements, or engineering analysis to support that claim.
This system was installed before I purchased the home, and it functioned for years without issue. Now that it has failed, they are using a vague technicality to avoid covering the repair.
Even more frustrating, I was left without working AC heading into the Texas heat, with no real resolution offered.
If you are considering a home warranty, understand that coverage may be denied based on interpretations that are never clearly explained or proven.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Not one single person could speak understandable English. They refused to answer questions and would say "I'm only reading what they said". They did not provide a list of things that were required, so when they called at the last minute to remind you about the "things" you needed to have or do, and you didn't know about it, their solution was to cancel the appointment. Thankfully a technician finally arrived - from a different company - who was very nice and understanding and even provided the materials they were to have told me to have available.
Good experience changing home Locks
The rep came in and changed the locks quickly and left. He asked me to test them with the keys, No issues. I liked that since quick and clean. Rep needs to explain a little bit more about the changes and issues that may happen or how to treat the new locks if any issues arise, otherwise all good.
