Have ordered a Mavic Pro drone from these people but I’m still waiting after 5 days. No reply to emails or calls answered. I’m not sure why the address for the company is in Cheltenham yet the phone number is for a town in Staffordshire??

Excellent service. I ordered a Mavic Pro Fly More Combo from them at 11:30 and received the order the following day at 15:30, well packed in a strong external box. They were responsive to all of my enquiries which is a big plus for an on-line organisation.

I was afraid about price but paying through Paypal it's good choice.
I've got my Mavic Pro Combo in something about 5 days which is great!
Evrything is great but you should develop contact with customers and something like track shipping etc.
But still I'm very happy :)

I heard about pro-camera from a business colleague, he was saying prices were very good and he was very enthusiastic to say the least and actively encouraged me to take a look. He stressed that you had to be careful regarding cheap priced camera equipment as a lot of companies are Hong Kong companies and you won’t be covered properly ie warranty wise and also quality of cameras.

I am not totally confident about shopping on the internet so I tentitively browsed their wares and could only concur with my colleagues’ views. Their prices were amazing compared to shops and magazines I had seen.

I was looking to purchase a Nikon d7100 with 18-105 with a bag, tripod and flash, something that I had wanted for ages but didn’t have the confidence to buy online as the price had been very expensive and I didn’t feel the trust was there. I needn’t have worried.

Initially I rang and enquired about the said items and was given some very good advice from one of the technical guys at the company which I found very reassuring to know, especially when I was told that payments go through worldpay or Paypal and that they . . . according to Lisa at the company . . . ‘don’t take any card details from you at pro-camera over the phone’. It was also reassuring to hear that they are uk based.

I rang to check on my order a couple of times but no-one answered the phone, so I emailed them - I get the impression that they would prefer you to email any queries as I was given very prompt replies including UPS tracking number when I did so, but the phone was something they didn’t always answer! . . . Something they need to work on perhaps.

I ordered the equipment on Tuesday morning and received it on Thursday morning - which I thought was very good - it was delivered by UPS and was bubble wrapped and in a sturdy cardboard box. I had asked for an invoice as I run a photographic business and this was included in the box with manuals, warranties and cds.

For anyone thinking of buying camera equipment I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again. I hope this helps.

Mavic Pro Combi Amazing price and amazingly quick delivery of the Mavic Pro. I am mightily impressed and very pleased with my purchase.

I thought I'd share my experience of pro-camera. I ordered a camera from them based mainly on the fact I thought they were local to me. I received an email confirming the order. I then did a little research and it became obvious the company aren't in cheltenham. Not really a problem but something I wanted. I emailed the next morning to cancel. The company tried to reassure me that all was ok but in the end I decided to cancel. I received my refund 2 days later, no problems.

So, excellent email communication and full refund immediately. Thank you. Clearly there are great deals to be had here if you are happy to use a purely internet company but more importantly you can contact people at the company to help and advise on your order.

ordered a lens on Friday 6th Oct my lens was delivered on the 11th, for me they can do no wrong, I also saved £400, that said this is the first item , I will be using them again, hopefully with the same success as this item.

I recently purchased a DJI Mavic Pro Fly Combo Drone from Pro-Camera and to give credit where credit's due i am completely satisfied with the service I received. The product is fantastic and was very competitive on price. It was a fast delivery as expected and I would 100% use this UK company again.

Shortly after I ordered a new lens i contacted the sales team at Pro-Camera and Liz confirmed that I would receive the lens in time for an assignment this Saturday. After checking today I have been told the lens will be arriving the following Tuesday instead.
Terrible customer service. Giving a customer an assurance and then failing to act on it with no apology is unacceptable. AVOID this company!!

First order with this company for a Mavic Pro - went without a hitch and arrived in 5 days without using express delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged and I was able to track it's movements through FedEx.
I don't usually order anything outside the UK but decided to take a chance considering the £££'s price difference and all the positive reviews here. Don't forget they offer a warranty and there are no import charges (at time of writing). I'd definitely buy again.

I was nervous at first and debated a lot over whether to order from Pro Camera. This was based on a number of concerns I had over the authenticity of the company; mainly due to price, address, telephone number and only a small number of reviews.

In the end I bit the bullet and ordered the DJI Mavic Pro Fly More Combo with free next day delivery via the website.

My nervousness culminated in me emailing Pro Camera to confirm my order was being dispatched, and like other reviewers I received an email back from Sales Manager Liz within about 4 minutes confirming the order was being despatched as expected.

Next day the delivery arrived via UPS by midday as expected. The Mavic was packaged well for transit and the retail package was still within the original and unopened DJI shipping box as DJI would ship from their factory.

DJI were happy to confirm the authencity of my product via the Serial number on the device and am pleased to say now that my original concerns almost seem silly!

Based on my experience I absolutely recommend Pro Camera without hesitation and cost saving they offer vs other retailers is superb and really the main reason I looked to purchase here in the first place.

This is my very first review. I bought a canon 6d mk ii from these guys. They were very fast in answering emails, and the camera came on the day they said it would be here.. I would definitely recommend them.

Great for cheap items there to help you when your buying not so much once you have purchased. Dji mavic came in around 5 days so pretty slow on delivery, when it arrived I opened this was done on camera as I do with all my pricey items, out of the box it was missing two props, did a search online and looked like a common issue so contacted pro-camera, who told me no they were in the box everything is checked before delivery, which I know isn't as there shipped from source. After a while with even telling them I had video proof they still didn't want to know, basically calling me a lier, so I told them I would contact dji, who were very helpful and sent the missing props within two days to the uk from Canada, so why does it take 5 days from so-called U.K. To uk?

This is for the purchase of a DJI Mavic Pro Combo kit.

I was going to spend more money and go with a company I had used before but took a risk based on the feedback here. I contact their customer services team and spoke to Liz who's their sales manager. I asked her if the item was in stock as it listed online as being in stock and ready for dispatch with Free next day delivery. She replied within minutes to advise me it was and the price, stock & delivery is all as stated on site.

My order was placed at 13:30 before the 14:00 cut off point and Liz provided me with a UPS tracking code only an hour later.
The item arrived early morning and packaged very well, securely and fully complete as advertised.

Extremely impressed with the service at Pro Camera. I would have no issue recommending them. Saved a huge chunk of change too!

This website is not it appears to be, it's looks like a fully legit website but please do not be fooled like I was. I paid over £1000 for a box full of padding with just a iPhone plug when I was supposed to have received a DJI mavic pro.

Please do not buy from this website, every time i have wrote a review, the so called company have filed for it to be removed.

I wonder why... They do not want the TRUTH to be our there for The masses to see.

Great experience. Customer service replied to my emails within 10mins and were really helpful. Camera arrived the following day. Always worried dropping that much money on an online purchase but am super happy with everything! Definitely recommend

I bought a DJI Mavic Pro (combo) drone from them, best price around , ordered it Tuesday 9pm and was delivered Friday before 10am. No worries
