Helpful with filling in the relevant forms. Delivery has been excellent but if you order on Saturday don't expect a Sunday delivery it will be Monday if you're lucky. Other than that caveat I have had no problems with this company only help and would recommend them to anybody

Excellent service, gave a poor score erroneously as the bank had used the same reference number from the previous order so Private Meds couldn't find the newer payment. Will remember to tell my bank to use the current order number in future.

I ordered an item for £10 and paid the £10 for the next day delivery.....the money was transferred to your bank account immediately and this was on the 26th July 2019 and we should have had it today as I paid for it to be so. Anyway its now 27th July 2019 and its still saying order is on hold. I have rang and left a telephone message and I have e-mailed twice and had no reply. On the other hand I have ordered twice before both times on next day delivery and both times the items arrived promptly the next day by Royal Mail. If it wasn't for the other incident it would have been a 5 star.

Took £82.50 of my money via bank transfer and claimed they never received payment !! Sent proof of payment and then was told I’ve already had my order sent to me, asked them to show proof that they have sent it and they send me a copy of an old order !!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!
