I had a great experience and I got my diagnosis that Was needed. I spoke to Angel and she stayed in contact with me the whole time. Very friendly service and very helpful, thank you so much, Private Adhd clinic. I also spoke to Oliver Trafford for my ADHD assessment and he was excellent and put me at ease and answered every question. Both angel and Oliver went above and beyond for my needs. I recently enrolled in a course focused on ADHD, which is precisely what I need to deepen my understanding as a general practitioner. Angel has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, assisting me with booking the course and addressing any questions I had. I'm excited to begin the course next month.

I was already diagnosed in my home country and I moved to London recently. The NHS initially refused to consult me or provide medication, moreover the waiting list for the online sessions with psychologist are two years.

I found this private clinic, and they were immediately very helpful, always responding and assisting me with any issues. The online sessions also helped me navigate my daily life better. Later on, we successfully established a shared care agreement with my GP, and the clinic did not charge extra for this service, unlike other clinics.

Medical secretary Mercedez was very helpful and answered my questions very promptly on Whats app, and Mercedez arranged my appointment very quickly, and I was able to see Dr Pavan Kooner in a few days. Dr Pavan Kooner was very thorough, helpful and understanding.
I finally got the validation I needed after all these decades of stress and struggle. I don't have to feel a failure anymore. It is simply the Best Money I have spent. I got the reports sent to me very quickly. Many many thanks Dr Pavan Kooner, Mercedez, and Private ADHD. Highly Recommended

I have to say I’ve had a really poor experience. I asked a number of questions over the phone and WhatsApp, initially seemed fine and then I was completely ignored especially when my questions shifted to the topic of shared care agreement and their experience so far on ease of moving over to shared care. I’ve booked with another clinic that answered all my questions and completely understood all my concerns on this. I had assumed from the lack of responses to my questions that this clinic hasn’t had much success in implementing and successfully moving patients over to shared care. GPs that do accept shared care, a lot of the time they want to see reputable and stringent processes in place to ensure they’re comfortable accepting shared care (as is the case from my GP). The clinic I have decided to go with also ensured that a yearly follow up is required and that is part of the shared agreement, so GP will know that medication and doses will be reviewed yearly ensuring more likely to accept the agreement. However this clinic said that no follow up is ever required once tritation has been completed.

I’m sure from the number of positive reviews here, the Doctor knows his stuff and has no doubt been very helpful and beneficial to a number of people. I did not get to that stage so cannot comment on my own experience with him, I am just commenting on my experience on the beginning stages prior to any booking (answering questions, responses received (if any) etc.). This wasn’t carried out by the Doctor himself.

I do think it’s extremely poor to ignore a potential customer especially once contact and communication has already begun. Hopefully this review will make them improve their customer service going forward.

Dr. Kooner is the best doctor both myself and my daughter have had the pleasure to meet and work with. He has transformed our lives in the way he listened to us and diagnosed both of us. He has an incredible bedside manner, very thoughtful, measured and never judging. He also has a very good aftercare service and you can see and feel he is genuinely caring for you and seeking the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Dr.Kooner

I've never been listened to since I've been able to go to the doctors myself for help. I've been told it's just anxiety and depression take these pills but those pills weren't right, so I was prescribed different ones and this has repeated for many years. I constantly reached out to help saying somethings not right, somethings not being addressed, I feel like I'm going crazy but I just get told by the doctors it's all in my head, you're making it up. It wasn't until I seeked private help with Dr Kooner at PrivateADHD, where I was finally listened to and taken seriously. He went through everything in so much detail and diagnosed me with ADHD. We have regular catch ups to ensure the medication is working for me, which is great.
It feels so nice to actually be listened to and understood and made to not think I'm crazy.

I waited nearly 2 years for an NHS ADHD diagnosis; following the NHS appointment in April I was told the wait to start medication would be 8-10 months. In complete despair, I decided to seek private treatment- I contacted Dr Kooner and was able to book a diagnostic reassessment and initial medication titration appointment within 24 hours, and received my first prescription within 3 days. Having access to medication has been an absolute game changer for me and I am so thankful to Dr Kooner for this!

I had a consultation with the doctor after moving from the USA and needed to get my aderall medication. We discussed that there were alternatives in the UK and despite documentation would need to redo the assessment.

Once we had started the medication the elvanse was noticeably weaker to what I was used to in USA however the doctor adapated quickly. He switched me to short acting medication which helped a lot.

After several difficulties with pharmacies previously due to the stock issues when I was under the GP temporarily I was so grateful that Private ADHD was able to see me within 48 hours and I had medication delivered to my house which was a pleasant surprise

I first met with Dr Kooner about my daughter who had already been diagnosed with ADHD but I just couldn't find anyone who could prescribe. I have been affected by ADHD symptoms all of my life and decided after family members had been diagnosed and treated with good results that I should try and get an assessment and see if I could benefit from treatment. I was assessed by Dr Kooner over a video chat and found him to be very thorough, informative, patient and helpful. He was understanding and kind and allowed me time to explain myself fully. I felt supported and not judged and he was very informative explaining all of the different symptoms I was experiencing and also fully explained the different treatments options. I felt listened to and that I was given informed choice and that my views and opinion mattered. He didn’t rush me and I felt that the experience was safe and comfortable. He is obviously very knowledgable and experienced and understands how ADHD impacts people in real terms. He also discussed some of the positive aspects of ADHD and discussed lots of additional background information and resources that I could use in the future. All in all I was very happy with my assessment and I would highly recommend Dr Kooner. I trust him and I think he has my best interests at heart. I believe with his support and clinical knowledge and expertise I will find the best treatment for me and I think I am lucky I found him. Prior to my interview that took about an hour and 20 minutes I had filled out an extensive questionnaire and medical history and my husband had also answered questions about me. Much of this information was brought up and discussed by the doctor during my assessment so he has obviously read everything and had a good understanding and was prepared prior to speaking with me. He also explained the process and pathway forward and let me know exactly what would happen and what to expect. This was very helpful in alleviating any anxiety I had about the situation. He also explained all of the different treatment options and what he suggested for me and why. I am going to be followed up in 4 weeks with a review appointment and I feel comfortable and supported. I also know I can contact him if I need him in between. Lastly the pricing was very clear and transparent. Thank you again

Dr. Kooner is the best! He is so reliable and has great and fast communication. When I first moved to London, it was very difficult for me to get the ADHD prescription, I was taking in the states.
