Reliable forwarding service

After 8 shipments and consolidating 24 packages, I can confidently say PriParcel is a great service.

Support is fast (same-day replies), helpful, and friendly.

Pricing is on the higher end but fair... Packages are sent out within 1 day of paying for consolidation and typically arrive 2–3 days later.

Honestly, given my experience, I struggle to relate to the negative reviews on here. PriParcel has been a reliable service for me.

Lack of transparency & Hidden charges


I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience and want to highlight three major issues regarding transparency and reliability.

1. Inaccurate & Misleading Shipping Calculator
I relied heavily on the platform’s shipping calculator before choosing the service. The estimate it provided was a key factor in my decision. 
However, the final charges ended up being higher because the calculator did not include the hidden margin or additional costs that were applied later. 
A price estimator that excludes essential parts of the total cost is not an estimate—it is misleading. 
This lack of pricing transparency is inconsistent with EU consumer protection requirements, which mandate providing complete cost information before purchase.

2. Hidden Margin on Carrier Rates
I was told directly that the company adds a margin on top of the carrier’s actual shipping price. This markup is not disclosed anywhere—neither on the website, nor during checkout, nor in the pricing tool. 
Handling fees do appear later in the process, but again, not clearly during checkout, and the margin itself remains completely opaque. 
Customers deserve to know exactly what they are paying for before committing to a shipment. Anything less is not transparent.

3. Vague “Use Your Own Label” Carrier Option
The platform initially presented the possibility of using my own courier label, and the FAQ wording suggests some flexibility through exceptions.
However, once engaged, I was told this was not possible due to automation limitations.
The issue here is not contradiction, but rather the unclear and ambiguous way the option is communicated. Customers are left with an impression of flexibility or there is an alternate option that, in practice, does not seem to exist. I had found much cheaper delivery options that I was not able to use, despite paying a subscription and handling fees.

Conclusion
If these details had been made clear upfront—accurate estimates, disclosed margins, and honest carrier options—I would have made a very different decision. Instead, I encountered unexpected costs and contradictory information. 
Until transparency improves, I cannot recommend this service. - buyers beware !.

Extremely disappointing and overpriced experience

I’ve used several other parcel forwarding and consolidation services before, and they’ve all been excellent! Easy to use, clear, affordable, and efficient. Unfortunately, this was my first time using PriParcel, and it has been an absolutely disastrous experience.

The website is terribly designed and confusing to navigate. It’s unclear where to click, there’s barely any useful tracking information, and everything feels disorganized.

I ordered two small packages that I wanted to consolidate into one shipment. These were low-value items and should have cost around 10–20 EUR to ship together. Instead, the total ended up being over 50 EUR, which is absurd! It cost more than the combined value of the packages themselves.

What makes it even worse is that you can’t see shipping prices in advance. You have to send a “request” and then wait days to receive a random quote. You’re forced to choose a shipping method before even knowing the price, which makes no sense at all. Then they just send you a total that you’re expected to pay, no breakdown, no comparison, no choice.

On top of that, unexpected extra charges keep appearing: a fee for consolidation, then shipping, then more small charges stacked on top. It just keeps adding up. This is by far the most expensive and frustrating forwarding experience I’ve ever had.

No other company operates like this, and I strongly advise anyone to choose a different service. I will never use PriParcel again. If you want to stay in this business, you really need to start listening to your customers! Because this was a complete disaster.

The tickets you send us are all send on Friday afternoon. We were able to answer you this morning about this.

I also want to mention that there are no costs invloved with us replying today in stead of friday. You are not charged with any extra costs so this has nothing to do with charging you as much as possible.

When you have more question we ofcourse can be reached trough our ticket system you already used. On working days we will always respond within 24 hours.

PriParcel: Geweldige levering, maar waar zijn die €27,23 gebleven?

Zeer goede service. Ze hebben het pakket opgehaald bij de online winkel en naar mij opgestuurd. Het pakket is na 16 dagen aangekomen met PostNL. Tot mijn teleurstelling heeft PriParcel echter €27,23 van mijn saldo afgeschreven zonder reden. Eerder zeiden medewerkers dat dit de verwerkingskosten waren, maar ik had al betaald voor de verwerking, voor de verzending en ook voor de aanvullende diensten. Waar zijn die €27,23 dan gebleven? Onbekend. In het kostenoverzicht staat hierover geen informatie. De klantenservice van PriParcel gaf hierop geen concreet antwoord. De service zelf is erg goed, maar door zo’n voorval heb ik minder zin om er nog gebruik van te maken.

We schrijven nooit zomaar iets af, alle kosten worden vooraf getoond en van het saldo gehaald vóórdat een zending wordt verzonden. Zo weet je altijd waar je aan toe bent.

Invaluable unique service

Priparcel was key in getting my package from and to the USA. If it weren’t for this service we couldn’t have done it. I can’t really go into details, but it was a potentially lifesaving service and worth every cent.

Priservices biedt uitstekende…

Priservices biedt uitstekende dienstverlening en aantrekkelijke locaties om je bedrijf te vestigen. We zijn erg tevreden over zowel de postbusservice als onze bedrijfslocatie. De prijs is eerlijk in verhouding tot de geboden diensten.

Wel vinden we de pakketten- en retourservice aan de dure kant.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en reageert snel. Daarnaast is het beheer via je online account overzichtelijk en efficiënt, waardoor je weinig direct contact nodig hebt. Tot nu toe zijn we dan ook zeer tevreden.

Unreasonable

They have a policy for parcels that they are sent retour after 30 days if no action is taken. Now I see that they didn’t do that an a parcel from 2020 is still in storage and billed every day. And when you confront them with their own statement of 30 days and that you expect a refund it is suddenly our problem.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid Priparcel at All Costs

I had a terrible experience with Priparcel, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this service. I followed all instructions exactly when creating the parcel address for an important delivery (a €300 birthday gift for my wife). The package was delivered by Amazon’s own courier and signed by someone at Priparcel’s warehouse. Neither the package nor any answers from Priparcel followed.

I contacted their support multiple times and was made to wait 11 days without any real help or resolution. Whether it was negligence or something worse, it’s completely unacceptable.

Priparcel has not offered any refund for the services I paid for and has ignored my request to cancel my account. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not use Priparcel. There are other cheaper and probably more trustworthy parcel services out there.

This was a deeply frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Edit after receiving response to this review from PriParcel:
| Although this issue lies outside of our control, we’ve still offered, as a gesture of goodwill,
| to refund the service fee paid to PriParcel.

Truth is that after PriParcel admitted that they lost the package, I demanded the closure of my account and refund of nonexistent service. They have not responded or communicated in any way to my support ticket or email. They have not offered any gestures of goodwill but complete silence in communications, except here in Trustpilot.

As explained, packages from Amazon are delivered to us in bulk shipments. These are marked as “delivered” by the Amazon courier, and not individually checked in by us. Unfortunately, it does happen on rare occasions that a package is marked as delivered, but is not actually offloaded by the courier – which seems to be the case here.

Although this issue lies outside of our control, we’ve still offered, as a gesture of goodwill, to refund the service fee paid to PriParcel. Additionally, we understand that Amazon has already processed a refund for the missing item.

We’re sorry if our communication did not meet your expectations, and we take your feedback seriously. Regarding the request to close your account – if this has not already been processed, we will ensure it is done immediately.

Très cher et aucune transparence sur les prix.

Non seulement on est obligé de s'abonner à un service, même pour ré-expédier une seule fois un paquet, mais en plus on ne sait pas combien on va payer pour la ré-expédition tant que notre paquet n'est pas arrivé chez eux. Et au final c'est très cher, près de 100€ au total pour un simple petit paquet, et si on ne veut pas payer.. le paquet sera détruit..

Costly and lack of service

I have used PriParcel's services for several parcels in the past, and while they were able to fulfill most of them without major issues, there have been a few notable problems that make me question their overall service quality. Firstly, their prices are quite high compared to other parcel fulfillment companies. €50 for the shipment of three small parcels and normally €20 for one parcel. While I understand that quality service comes at a cost, it is disheartening to pay a premium and still encounter problems.

The incident that truly disappointed me was when my last parcel was not delivered and was instead sent back. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, PriParcel insisted on charging me the full fulfillment cost again, rather than just the shipping charges. This seemed unfair and unreasonable, especially considering that it was their error that led to the non-delivery. They claimed to have started an investigation with DHL, but even after weeks, there was no conclusive result or resolution.

The lack of communication and prolonged delays in resolving the issue were frustrating. It is disheartening to see a company that I once trusted to handle my parcels professionally and efficiently now failing to meet even the most basic expectations. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend PriParcel for their service, as they seem to lack accountability and fail to provide satisfactory solutions to problems that arise.

If you're looking for a reliable and customer-oriented parcel fulfillment service, I would suggest exploring other options in the market. PriParcel's lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve issues in a timely manner make them an unreliable choice for anyone seeking a hassle-free experience
