Ad-hoc engraved trophy required. Other providers had character limitations.
Arrived very rapidly, good communication and customisation from priority prizes, was very happy with end result. Competitively priced, would use again.

Overall really happy with the ordering process and interaction with the company with changes we needed. The only problem was the foam support in the presentation box being too big to hold the award securely. So had to remove from the box to present which wasn't ideal.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Communication was faultless, very quick and clear responses. Quick turn around from order to previews and delivery. Only downside was that 2 of the 6 items had what I can only describe as engraved splodges.
