Absolutely disgraceful treatment by this company. They installed a Baxi boiler and told me they were registering the warranty and that I would receive it in around 30 days. That never happened. Baxi themselves were very apologetic after all, I have lost now 8 years of warranty. The state of the boiler would be a simple fix, there is a leak emanating from the magnetic filter, which causes low pressure nearly every day. This is a simple fix, but I have been totally ignored. Phone call, firstly he would contact me at the end of the week to fix the problem the week after, after chasing it up I have been totally ignored by the company.

Once again, I can highly recommend Roman at Saffron Heating for his excellent plumbing service. Professional, courteous and more than happy to discuss and explain possible options to a radiator problem.

April 8th plumbing hot a family business came to fit a full central heating in my old valley house! Honestly Chris Shannon and Steve were polite professional and pleasant at all times ! The job was a tough job but they were amazing! Covered all carpets and laminate flooring asked where would I prefer pipes etc ! After the professional advice given on my quote from Chris I had no doubt I had chosen the best company! The after care is also excellent there to answer any questions or concerns you may have ! Nothing is to much trouble

Dan fit a gas hob for us, he was very professional, efficient, and did a great job. He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to complete the job quickly and without any fuss. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his ability to get the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a gas fitting.

I paid £100 just for a call out only go them to tell me that the gas leak is somewhere in the concrete floor (4 metres in length) - NOT USEFUL. So they suggested a re-run (new pipes) and I asked them for a quote. They were very prompt in sending me a email quote for the £100 'investigation' but then I asked them on THREE separate occasions for a quote for the job, they wouldn't do it via email. They kept quoting me "£1000-13000" over the phone but where reluctant to provide a written quote - DODGY. Go to LG Heating & Plumbing or Harvard Heating Services - RELIABLE and HONEST.

This is the most reliable and professional plumbing and heating company I have ever used, was kept up to speed with everything from arrival times for the initial quote to everything that happened on the day of the installation such as when they’d be finished, when the water would be on or off etc. I don’t know a lot about boilers but Byron and his team made it so simple to understand the basic controls and functions of the new boiler. They left my house as clean as it was(if not cleaner) when they got here and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thanks again.
