Big shout out to Luke, Ryan and the team at Printsome. You guys have the by far the best communication loops and customer service of any print agency I have ordered from. You spent a lot of time helping us find the best solution, and best garment for our budget. I talked with the account manager and the guys who do the printing. We pivoted my original idea based on their input and wound up with a high quality product. Our group loves the new garment. I can't say enough good things about y'all! By far the best!

Great tees and good crisp logos. Only didn't give 5 stars as I wanted them faster and couldn't. That said, will definitely be using them again.

Amazing service, great quality and timely delivery
We have used this vendor to order t-shirts for an upcoming Insight show event. With really tight deadlines in place and a complicated t-shirt design, the staff at Printsome really offered a great service and helped to deliver quality t-shirts just in time for our show.

I recently used Printsome for a large scale event. The assistance and customer service I received was phenomenal. Luke Hulse was very helpful and engaged with my requests small and large! I have never experienced service as good as this, and I would be sure to use them again.

Poor quality product and sizing, great service though
Good turnaround times but this is reflected in the cost. The polo tops that I ordered were very poor quality and for what we paid I expected a much better product. The main issues was with the inconsistent sizing of the products (ordered 50 polo tops and 150 hoodies), e.g. a medium sized hoodie was drastically different to the medium polo top. Service is great though and it was really easy to make the order... I won't be returning anytime soon!

Apologies to hear the garments ordered didn’t come up to scratch with the quality expected. I am surprised to hear that for the Polo in particular as this is one of our more popular premium options. I’ll definitely look into this and see if there have been any recent manufacturing changes.
Sizing is always a tough one to get right across two different brands and I can completely understand the difficulty this presents when distributing amongst staff etc. To combat this we do always aim to send links to all the garments we provide before purchase, including size guides to avoid any surprises.
We will certainly take your feedback into account and look into the points risen.

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've been through numerous suppliers over the years, but none of them compare to Printsome. Excellent customer service, great range of products and top quality printing!
Each customer gets an account manager who works with you from start to finish. Shout out to Luke for always being so helpful, and happy to answer my never ending list of questions!
(This sounds like a fake/paid-for review but I promise it is not...their service is just that good!
