I started using PrintShrimp after searching around the internet for the best POD service for wall art, and I have to say the market out there is packed with competitors, but PrintShrimp has proven so far to be the most uncomplicated, responsive, and affordable service around.

They reply to emails within hours, and they solve problems — which is what actually matters at the end of the day. Not that there have been many problems, to be honest: I started with a few orders and all of them arrived fine and fast. The one issue I did have was resolved so quickly that in less than a week from my message, my customer had already received a free replacement.

What more can I say? Great job, guys!

What a great tiny yet mighty company! They boldly advised that, for poster-only work, they're far better value for money than Gelato (yes they are!) and fulfill international orders (especially to the UK, US and Australia) at speed (yes they do). I’ve been using PrintShrimp for my Etsy print on demand shop for a couple of months now and the experience has been seamless from day one. I've been using PrintShrimp for a while and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the ease of setup & ordering, to processing & dispatch times, they are second to none. The few problems I have encountered have been down to the courier (damaged in transit or lost order) and PrintShrimp have resolved the issue by either sending a replacement print or refunding the order. The step by step guide to all you need to know about poster creation and the printing is spot on, and even if you get stuck the team are on hand to get you back on track.
