Easy to order and good quality well packaged prints
This was my second order. I haven't unwrapped the print from its tissue as it is a gift but my previous order was good quality and well packaged. Easy to order and kept up to date on delivery.

Southern Train image - really good
When ordering art prints it's difficult to tell what the resolution will actually be, and what the quality of the paper will feel like too. I needn't have worried in this case as both were brilliant. The image (on A4 in my case) was crisp and clear and the paper feels good - not flimsy or too transparent. It's a gift for a colleague and I think it's going to be well-loved! Really nice print too.

Print was delayed by a week but it is a good print so can be forgiven for that - and I did get an email to say it would be delayed.
Would say that it would be better to include an estimated delay time in the delay email - just so it's known when the delayed item will eventually arrive.
