We ordered from this company at the beginning of January to the amount of 169.00 pounds no order arrived so left a review then discovered that there had been a bereavement so removed the review was instantly contacted and assured we would be kept informed about what was going on we are now nearing the end of march and no response at all from emails we also noticed the company website has now been removed but is still on companies house .The next step will be trading standards .

Dropped off my pictures in December, heard nothing back so followed up and advised of a family bereavement. After several emails and no response. three months later still no pictures. The website is down, I am unable to reach by phone and would like my photos back. Annoyed that they can do this and not even return my pictures to me which have sentimental value. You would think they would contact customers and arrange collection, instead of just NOTHING.

Ordered and paid for a limited edition Joe Ramm print. It arrived. The print was badly damaged. I was asked to return it, which I did. It arrive back on 10 January, which was the day the sole director died un expectedly. The company could not trade. Over a month later, the director is still listed at Companies House and the Company is listed as trading. I am still waiting for my £195 refund. No reply to chase ups. website has generic message unchanged since 10 January. No idea of what is going on.

Placed order 1696 over 2 weeks ago, went back on their site after a week as order hadn't arrived. Site states unavailable and all orders on hold.

I've since emailed them again and left a voicemail message out of hours. They haven't had the courtesy to get back in touch and their site is still unavailable.

I've tried calling during the day and there is no answer, are they still trading? Where is my order?

Absolutely awful. Cheap prints on plastic frames for over £100. This site is fake. I purchased a print of which I wanted to return within a few days, all of a sudden the site was shut down and a generic fake email with a lie and a poor apology. There a take your money and run site. Open for a few months then fold. I suspect they will re appear under a different name soon.
