Ordered what looked like a knitted textured jumper. Received a printed top on very cheap material which looks nothing like what they advertised. Have been unsuccessful in returning it so will be sending it to a charity shop. Complete waste of money!!

Where do I start, this as been an horrendous experience, this company is miss leading buyers by advertising items that don’t look anything like what there sending out to customers! There selling platform makes you believe that your ordering from a company based in your actual country, but it’s not till two weeks go by and your items have not arrived and you start researching that you find out it’s coming from China, so the Christmas sweaters I ordered didn’t arrive till after Christmas, not that there sweaters as there cheap nasty thin printed jumpers, nothing like the luxurious sweaters on the photos advertised!!! Started contacting primitive to cancel the order as it wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas this went on for weeks and every email I sent only got a standard reply each time, until they’d eventually despatched the order, then you get an email saying it’s despatched and too late to cancel!!’ Even though you’ve been asking for it to be cancelled before way before they actually dispatched it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, there dishonest scammers duping people into buying items and then sending them products that are nothing like what you’ve actually purchased!!!

Rubbish quality, nothing like the photos showed. Tried to return but was told keep it as it costs more to return it than it’s worth! Absolute scammers. Please don’t buy from these people.

Twee "sweaters" besteld. Wat ik kreeg was echt te erg voor woorden. Dunne kwaliteit en dat had ik eventueel nog wel voor lief willen nemen, maar de boorden waren verkeerd genaaid. Dus binnenstebuiten.
Ik heb er alles bij gehaald als bewijs, foto's, video's, hun eigen plaatje van de website waarop duidelijk te zien was dat daar de boorden WEL goed waren, maar alles dat ik kreeg was een onbeschofte reactie. Ze wilden nergens van weten en ik moest de items dan maar weggeven. Nou, dit geef je nog niet aan je ergste vijand! Wat een blamage!!!
Naarmate je meer klaagt doen ze wat van de prijs af. Eerst 5 dollar, toen 8. Maar dat wilde ik niet. Ik wilde het terugsturen, maar dat werd geweigerd. Dat zou te duur zijn omdat het naar China moest. Ehhhh mag ik dat zelf nog uitmaken?
Maarrrr: het is volgens mij gewoon Ali-Express achtige meuk, want op de verpakking staat een adres in Schiedam. Dus dat had ik nog als troef achter de hand.
Maar toen ze niet meer reageerden en alles weigerden, heb ik een klacht ingediend bij Klarna. Daar duurde het ook even omdat Primmitive ineens wel weer reageerde (ja ze voelden aan dat ze fout zaten). Maar meerdere berichten, bewijzen en dergelijke naar Klarna en ik ben gelukkig in mijn gelijk gesteld. Dus zo kan het ook. Voor mij nooit, NOOIT meer Primmitive!!!!

Website is a scam, save your money! Ordered a Christmas sweater. They sent a terrible polyester printed Christmas sweatshirt. When I asked for a return, they gave me the run around and then said their warehouse cannot súpport returns.

mensen bestel nooit wat bij dit bedrijf had 1 sweater besteld volgens primmitive was het afgeleverd maar het is nooit bij mij aangekomen als je dit aangeeft bij primmitive doen ze heel moeilijk en leggen ze de schuld bij het scheepsbedrijf neer en moet je het zelf maar uitzoeken klarna aangegeven dat dit speelde maar konden er niks mee uiteindelijk maar betaald om incasso's te voorkomen etc... maar wat een rare webshop

I am annoyed that i even have to put a star, this company is horrendous.. delivery took about 3wks not 3-5days.. tried to get it returned the next day and they wouldn't accept it.. i paid £36, they offered me 3usd and to keep the jumper, pass it to someone i know that will love it they said, as it is, according to them of the very highest quality, which it is not, its just polyester. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

I placed an order with this company and completely regret it. I spent over $100 for items that were never shipped and when questioned, they insist it was shipped but have refused to provide a confirmation. I am out money now for items I never received, and they refuse to make right. I don't know how this company is allowed to operate with the crappy reviews everyone has written. Lesson learned.

I can’t rate this company. I wished I had checked comments before I ordered on December 6. Like so many, item never arrived yet they took my money immediately. I am prepared to receive an item as poor of quality as the service has been. The tracking number that the keep providing shows item started in China to Belgium to my country. I requested a refund but they won’t provide it because the item was shipped. I hope people don’t buy directly from the internet without first checking reviews. A lesson learned. Someone needs to shut down this scam company and so many others like them. An atrocity. Worst.., in one of their notes they asked me to be patient. I almost laughed given the item was expected to arrive before the holiday.

Love my sweater. Sizing was accurate, nice fabric & colors as vibrant as depicted! Will reorder.

Like others I would give it zero stars. It’s nothing like the picture, it’s overpriced cheap nylon tat. Luckily I payed through PayPal and they got me my money back. Do not buy From this company.

The item was not received but the company just kept quoting a tracking number & expected me to check with neighbours / contact the courier (which I did). Upon asking for a refund, many times, they just kept quoting the same thing over and over and over again, to check neighbours. I eventually found the item (neighbouring street) but the customer service is absolutely dire. The product quality is also awful. Avoid.

This is one of the worst clothing sites I have ever used. I ordered a jumper and a hoodie, but I wanted to cancel the order and it was near impossible to do so. The hoodie arrived and only just fitted me with little extra room and is made out an awful material, with sleeves that are so long I have to roll them up. There's no return service, basically keep it, sell it or give it away or pay high amounts to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

I ordered a hoodie that said ho ho ho ho all over it. Ordered it November 3rd today is Dec 9th I've never received it or been able to get any response from anyone. I didn't check this company out completely my fault! DONT FALL FOR THE CUTE CLOTHES OR ANYTHING ELSE. SCAMMERS FROM CHINA

The items they sale note as cashmere and appear to be knit. However, when you get the items 3 weeks or more later. Its print. Totally misrepresented online. Requested return and they do not respond.

As with all the previous reviews - they show 3D type knitwear it's a cheap printed Knock off . I offered to post it back and they refused point black... Rude and unhelpful .. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
