DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are scammers. They build an average website for you, then try to hook you with additional services they offer you while not maintaining your page properly, and they will not give your your domain back once you decide to get your services elsewhere. Also, if you made the mistake of hiring them, make sure you hold onto all your receipts and the contract because I never got my money refunded after they failed to provide the services they promised; i was not able to locate them because they are an overseas company that pretends to be in California. You will never be able to track them down for any accountability OR refunds, STAY AWAY!

Just when I thought this company could not get any worse. They requested to transfer my domain before them, taking my website down and making ridiculous demands. I requested that they transfer my domain back to the original provider but to no avail. I have sent multiple emails to Tom Cooper, the manager, who is ignoring my emails. However, someone from the company called me yesterday, attempting to upsell me on additional services, and when I mentioned my domain, I assume someone said something to him because he hung up on me and didn't answer when I called back.

If you are looking for website services or any other service they offer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY!

I hired Prime website designers to create front and back covers for my novel. I sent them some pictures that I wanted on the cover. The work the designers did was excellent. The subtle, barely perceptible picture on the front cover is beautifully contrasted with the smaller, sharp, bright pictures. I would highly recommend them.
