Prime Listing Leads Formally Estately
Stay away from Prime Listing Leads formally Estately. The leads are garbage. Leads don't respond to calls. No emails. Prime claims they will replace bad leads. That is a miss and hit. I cancelled and they still sent and charged me for leads. Matthew then promised to give me 4 leads for free and again they charged me. I complained about it and they closed my acct. I asked for a refund and they don't respond. The leads are not screened. Bad phone numbers and the few leads I spoke to claim they never asked to be contacted. A complete waste of money. 8/4/2026 How long did it take you all to respond to this complaint? The truth is the truth. I have no reason to make any of this up. Zero ROI. The worst of the worst leads. Something is really wrong with your lead program. So sad.

Every lead we deliver goes through our vetting process before it reaches a client: homeowners who have confirmed in writing that they are considering selling, are not contracted with an agent, and sit within your chosen zip codes. The claim that leads are unscreened is simply not how our service works, and our qualification notes on each lead document this.
On cancellation: we are a cancel anytime service, and cancelling takes effect when it's done through the client portal or communicated to your account manager. Our records show no cancellation was made through either channel before the leads in question were delivered. As a pay per lead service, charges only ever correspond to delivered leads.
On free leads: our records show multiple leads were provided to you free of charge, which we did in good faith to support your results.
All of our calls are recorded and we're happy to walk through your account, the charges, and every lead's qualification notes with you directly. If anything on the account is genuinely wrong, we will correct it. Please contact our support team.
We'd ask readers to weigh this review against a documented vetting process, free leads issued, and recorded calls throughout.
SPAM. DON'T TRUST.
They spam texts every month and refuse to stop. I haven't worked in real estate for two years STILL get texts from them. I hate this company with a passion.

Hi Dylan, thanks for flagging this. We take opt-outs seriously, and we do very little SMS marketing these days as the majority of our business comes through Facebook advertising. One thing worth knowing is that a number of other companies have copied our offer word for word and are running the exact same campaigns, and unfortunately some of them do not respect opt-out requests. It's possible the texts you're receiving are from one of them rather than us.
That said, we'd like to make sure you're fully removed from anything on our end. If you send us the phone number receiving the messages (you can use the "Request information" option here or email our support team), we'll check our systems and permanently suppress it. If the texts continue after that, they aren't coming from us, and we'd be happy to help you identify who they are from.
Sorry for the frustration, and we hope we can get this sorted for you.

This company overpromises and underdelivers. They guarantee replacement leads if those initially sent are bad. And boy, are they atrociously poor!! To me, a total scam, because they keep billing you $75 even though they were supposed to replace the bad leads. They do not do that at all! Total scam, avoid them at all costs! Lastly, when I complained to Walter Henning, I think the owner of my account or my account person, he never replaced the bad leads and he just canceled my account. I have already discussed this with our credit card company to have all their charges reversed and our money refunded. The absolute worst lead gen company that I have ever experienced!!!

The leads SUCK. all the sellers think I am a buyer willing to pay top dollar for their home. Not one of the 30 leads I received thought I was a real estate agent looking to list the home for sale. COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They say that they vet leads. They do not. They give owners the impression that they will be contacted by an agent who has a buyer for their home. They misrepresent the agents objective, waste your time and money which they do not refund.

We do in fact vet all leads prior to sending them through. Each homeowner has confirmed their identity and indicated openness to discussing the sale of their property within the next 12 months. Our process does not state or imply that an agent already has a specific buyer for their home.
As with any seller lead generation service, not every homeowner will be ready to move forward immediately. Some are exploring options, some are planning for later, and some may change their mind. This is the nature of seller leads across all platforms. This is why we offer a replacement system rather than refunds, to ensure clients receive full value over time.

Fraudulent business practices. Once they have your credit card they will charge you unauthorized charges for the leads that you did not request. Even though you told them to pause or put your account on hold, they will still charge you. Arrogant and unprofessional, they will tell you that you asked for the leads.

The absolute worst lead company. DO NOT use them; they overpromise and underdeliver what they say. absolutely worthless. Got 3 leads, totally trash, nonresponsive, not even a potential conversation with leads. 2 of which I paid for, they charged me for a 3rd one, which I didn't authorize; they wouldn't give me a refund for it. So such a waste of money, absolutely the WORST; one guy didn't even know who or what I was reaching out about. is fake leads, trash. such a waste of my $$$$
Your lame long reply to my review is ridiculous. If you believe in your product you shouldn't be so eager to explain the way you do business, which is still trash leads. You have NOT replace my leads that I paid for, craeted a whole other mess to login and new leads are not reflecting on my account so yes, you stole my $$$ super shady business. Specifically after I've emailed and text several times about the replacement leads being issued.

All of our leads are real homeowners who have confirmed their details and indicated openness to discussing the sale of their property. With that being said you have purchased a total of 3 leads, whilst we do have agents who get listings off their first 1-2 leads as per the video testimonials on our website, we do reiterate that our conversion rate is statistically 1/12.
Not every homeowner will respond immediately or remember every interaction, especially if there has been a delay between when they spoke with our team and when outreach occurs. This is why we always recommend contacting new leads as soon as possible and referencing the initial conversation to jog their memory.
Regarding billing, our system operates based on the weekly lead volume set within your dashboard, which can be adjusted, paused, or reduced at any time. We do not send or charge for leads outside of those settings. We also do not offer refunds, but we do offer replacements for any leads that meet our replacement criteria to ensure you receive the value you signed up for.
We would be happy to review the specific leads you received and assist with replacements where applicable. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can resolve this properly for you.
Constant spamming
This is real estate leads company that incessantly texts and calls about $75 listing leads. They contact from dozens of different numbers and despite being asked to stop over and over, they just keep coming. I told them I was interested to get someone on the phone, they called me 3x in a row. When I answered and ask to be removed, he hung up on me. I tried calling back and its a spoofed number. It looks like they are based in the UK.
