I reluctantly gave this company a chance. I shouldn't have. I was attracted to the "no upfront money" pitch which turned out to be untrue. They charged me for the first "lead" before I ever received it. They didn't complete on-boarding me or training me how to add notes on the leads or enter them into my CRM. The sent me 3 leads simultaneously without training me and without having me fully set up. I called the first lead and he yelled at me and told me that he explained that he told the assistant from Prime that he was not interested in listing his house for sale but that they could send him an offer for his house. The start of this relationship was not good so I asked to terminate and to have my credit card credited for the 3 leads.....2 of which I never accepted or contacted. My attempts to get a refund were rebuffed. You will NOT be putting just $77 at risk. This company will front load your (worthless) leads, charge you for them and not refund your money when you prove that they are not leads. They got me for about $232. I would avoid this company at all costs.
Don't do it!
I tried 4 leads to see how well it would work for me. Two of the leads were houses already listed with another agent. One was a house that had been listed for over 100 days and expired. The last lead wouldn't respond to any of my inquires. None of the 4 leads had any potential. They charge you for the leads and when they're garbage, they "replace the lead" instead of refunding your money. Don't waste your time or money

I’m extremely happy that I found Prime Listing Leads. One of the biggest things that stands out to me is that the leads are real people with real interest — not just random names or bad information.
The systems they have in place actually work, and I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the leads and the overall process. In real estate, having the right lead source and follow-up system can make a huge difference, and Prime Listing Leads has delivered.
If you’re a real estate agent looking for a reliable way to generate legitimate opportunities and grow your business, I would definitely recommend giving Prime Listing Leads a try. I’m excited to continue working with them and see where it takes my business.
Extremely friendly customer service.

Extremely responsive. So far great Leads!
Promising Seller Leads
First, let me say that I'm always leary of lead generation companies that promise you the sun, moon and stars too. I decided to take a chance with Prime Listing Leads, knowing that there is no contract and I can pause, restart, or cancel at any time. I received 2 seller leads within 24 hours. I made contact with one lead to confirm their desire to sell and obtain additional information about the home; and will be following up to review their CMA in hopes of getting the property listed in the near future. I've reached out to the second lead, but haven't made contact yet. I know it's early in the process, but being able to confirm that a lead is actually interested in selling or buying is a plus in my book.
Love the support
Love the support. The leads team is always there with any questions you may have. Offer training to turn leads into clients. Anything you need to help grow my business.
Misleading Business Practice
Extremely misleading business practices. Signed up for 3 leads and ended up paying for 10.
In the onboarding training, PLL mentions they do not offer refunds, but they will replace bad leads. This was not the case. I signed up for 3 leads, only 1 was good. Instead of send 2 replacement leads, they sent 3 and charged for the superfluous lead. This continued multiple times. We paused the account to stop receiving leads and being charged. We spoke with customer service who told us to unpause the account so we could receive the replacement leads and again received and were charged for extra leads instead of just replacing the bad leads. The pause/resume function is also misleading. There was a pause sign next to account status so I thought the account was still paused. Even though this icon changes depending on if your account is paused or not, apparently the pause icon does not mean pause! Needing to submit email forms for all account managing and customer service is also frustrating and archaic.

Zero stars for this fraudulent company…
Zero stars for this fraudulent company that currently goes by Prime Listing Leads. I wanted to test 3 leads. Those three were garbage. One already had an agent (they claim they pre-call them, they don't), the other two were google voice, never spoke to anyone. I was done after those three bad leads, but they kept sending leads after I was finished and charged me over and over for them without permission. DO NOT TRUST PRIME LEADS!!! They refused to stopped after being asked and kept charging me for unwanted leads. Do not make the same mistake I did, and trust them.

Good leads have been provided in key neighborhoods, the leads take my calls and have scheduled listing meetings from them.
Homeowner perspective
Hi! I'm of one of your so-called high-quality vetted leads. I got a call from a real estate agent today that woke me up from a nap.
Realtors, don't call those numbers. Prime Listing Leads is harassing and driving away your potential customers. It's a scam, spread the word!
Prior to the call, I had received an automated text from multiple different numbers over the past few months claiming to be from "Sky :)". A human isn't even sending these or reading my replies, since no matter what I reply to the first text, I get the same answer in response:
"Let me do this. I'll have my partner get some information ready and let you know how much you can get today from your property. Would that be okay?"
If I reply to that with anything but 'no' (this time I replied that these texts were illegal), I get this reply:
"Sounds good. I'll have my partner and realtor (Firstame) look into this and reach out. Thx"
Then I get a phone call a few minutes later from a real estate agent.
There are multiple problems with this. One, marketing texts are illegal without prior consent. According to the realtor who called me, "Sky Davis" told her that I had "filled in some sort of form" allowing Prime Listing Leads to contact me. This is not true.
Two, any marketing text must include the business name and a way to opt out of further communications. The text from Prime Listing Leads did not include this information.
Three, I am a resident of the State of California and have made a DROP request to remove my contact information and personal data from all data brokers legally operating in the state.
Four, I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry. Violations are about $5000 per call.
There's nothing I can do to stop them, since they don't care about the law, so please, real estate agents of the world, I beg you: stop giving them your money! Spread the word until everyone knows that anyone offering hot leads for $75 each a scam, and then maybe I'll finally get some peace.

Google Review — Prime Listing Leads
★☆☆☆☆ — Poor Experience — I Would Not Recommend to Professional Realtors
I purchased three leads from Prime Listing Leads specifically to test the quality of their service before making any further commitment. I made it clear on multiple occasions that I did not want to continue purchasing leads until I had evaluated the initial results.
In my experience, the original three leads did not meet the level of qualification I expected based on how the service was presented to me. Prime Listing Leads provided three replacement leads, but I experienced similar problems with those leads as well.
My biggest concern, however, became the billing and account management. I understood the additional leads to be replacements for the original leads—not authorization to purchase another package. Their own Terms and Conditions state that approved replacement leads are provided “at no further cost.”
After disputing the additional charge, I was informed that my account was canceled and that I would not be charged again. I requested a refund of the disputed charge and was told their policy was non-refundable. I was subsequently told that a manager would call me to discuss a possible resolution. As of this review, I have not received that promised management call or a resolution.
As a professional Realtor, I expect a lead-generation company to provide clear communication, transparent billing, and leads that reasonably meet the qualification standards being represented.
Based on my personal experience with the lead quality, recurring billing issue, and lack of follow-through in resolving my complaint, I would not recommend Prime Listing Leads to other professional Realtors.
I will update this review if the company contacts me and resolves the matter satisfactorily.
Worth it!…
I have been with Prime Listing Leads for a little over a month. The staff has been easy to work with and get in touch with. Their online platform is easy to use. The leads I have received, have had accurate contact information.
Better than Folgers in My cup
Exceptional service! Prime Listing is incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They called back immediately, and I was able to book an appointment with my new lead right away. Highly recommend!
This is a Scam. Be careful!!
This is a Scam. I lost my money. I told them that I wanted to try for only one lead for one month. I received a terrible lead, it was a wrong number. After this, they charged me $154 for two leads in the same month. I talked with Jarrod to cancel it and ask for the refund. They don’t want to refund my money. I hope I can help people to avoid this situation.
I joined with them in June this year…
I joined with them in June this year because I got a lot of promises about leads been vetted and ready to move forward when the lead is sent to me. I have not received one viable lead since then. I reached out to them in July and was asked to complete a spreadsheet of the leads that I received. I did and have not heard from anyone. What I don't like is that they do not have a phone number on their site and do not provide a phone number in any of the emails. Today at 8;30am I asked for a phone number and later asked for someone to call me. So far, crickets. I have NOT received any leads since July 8, 2026. NOT ONE
My experience so far has been great
My experience so far has been great. Good communication from reps and leads are pretty consistent.
Fraud company
Fraud company. They charge you $75 every lead they send you. The leads are all bad. They sent me 5. Out of 5 none of them were real leads. They steal your money. Beware!
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, they didn't want to refund the money they took out of my account, and I didn't receive anything from them, I sending a complaint of this company to the New York State Attorney General.
I have found the leads from Prime…
I have found the leads from Prime listing leads to be an overall good experience. Some leads are people who are unrealistic about property values, but that happens.
It is important to take advantage of the follow-up scripts they provide for best results. I had some listings that I missed out on, but the experience showed me two things:
1) Be more persistent
2) The leads were obviously real if they signed, even though someone else got the listing. (Win some, lose some)
There are certainly leads I received that are still in process, 2025 and 2026 have been slow moving years.
Lead didn't know where the person got…
Lead didn't know where the person got the idea he was interested in listing property. Said he isn't interested in selling
