Wrong product delierved - BEWARE, THESE GUYS COULD POSSIBLY BE SCAMSTERS

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a 5-pack of underwear, I received only 3 pieces instead of 5, and **all 3 products were completely different from what I ordered in terms of design and material**.

I had already contacted customer support and raised a complaint, but the response and resolution have been extremely poor.

I paid for specific products but received completely different and incomplete items. **I am requesting a full refund for the order and expect this issue to be resolved immediately.**

I ordered The product displayed and advertised on your website was completely different from what I actually received.

Instead of the innerwear I ordered, I received an extremely poor-quality and completely unrelated piece of cloth/innerwear with a flower-patterned design, which looks more like a cheap curtain fabric. I had neither ordered such a product nor was anything remotely similar to this shown to me at the time of purchase.

They are also doing cod but taking advance soo make you feel that it's trust worthy website but it's not true
This is not a minor quality issue. This is a case of receiving a completely different product from what was advertised and ordered.

This is totally scam do not waste your money to buy anything if you going to the website and writing a email that email id also given wrong it's a small amount of money like 1k for anyone but they are doing with alot of people same things soo that means it's a very big issue please share this to all do not take any product from this website

I ordered an automatic car diffuser and received a cheap wax fresher. Please don't buy any product from their website. They are fraud.

worst quality and not able to return can any one share how to get refund

I have ordered a product and they have given me something else. Everyone has lost money to these fruadsters. If we can unite together, we can raise a case againist them. Assholes

This company is fraud company. showing something else in the advertisement and deliver the cheap quality fabrics and also less quanity.

The government has to take strict action against this company and arrange my refund.

Do not Order anything from it, you will waste your money for sure

I ordered a phone case from PrimeBasicss on 16th August and paid online. The delivery was first showing 24th August, then it was changed to 29th August, and now the tracking says that the order has been cancelled by the seller, PrimeBasicss. I never received my parcel and was not given any reason for the cancellation. I also tried contacting them through the email provided, but the email is not working. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially because I already paid for the order. I also feel that some of the reviews on their website may not be genuine. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Please be careful before ordering from them.

Fake and scammers,, i ordered electric car perfume... They sent soap box

This website is a scam, I ordered a phone cover for iphone 17 for 799 and they sent the delivery for iPhone 7 50 rs cover, where I rejected the delivery and there is no way we can contact these people all their email id have bounced back. Do not buy anything from primebasicss.com

Its a fraud site. I ordered a mobile cover costing Rs 800 and instead they sent me a basic transparent cover. When i went to report the same their support email id is also wrong and the mail is bouncing.
I have a screen shot of the same but i cannot upload it here otherwise i would.
Never buy products from the site.
They must have made a lot of money by cheating customers.
I am going to complain in consumer court as well.

I have ordered for a pack of 5 underwear. However, I received only 3 underwear instead of 5.
Additionally, the colour and quality of the products received are highly compromised and do not match the expected standard. For a product costing around ₹1,000, this level of quality is absolutely unacceptable.

The website shows very good quality of different product and when we order those product, they send completely different cheap product. Even the email that they mentioned to contact is not real. That email is not existed. I got scammed.
