I bought the Thermogenics knowing what is said to help but what happened is very different.

First two days fine, third day was uncomfortable stomach and sudden loose bowels and accidents without warning resulting in obvious issues.

Further studies needed.

Fantastic products, and great customer service. Everyone was helpful and rapid with responses and queries. Everyone had extensive knowledge of the products. There was a slight issue with some delivery items but this was dealt with promptly and accurately. Highly recommend primal

Love primal living I’ve used the Thermogenic fat burners which I take one every morning and I also use the anti aging cream which leaves my skin soft and smooth. Great products Would highly recommended

My parcel was delivered not to me personally but supposedly left in a safe place. It was not found and was not safe as it was left in the open on a rainy day and was soaking wet when we did find it.
I have spoken to customer service who say that I should have followed tracking. However we weren't able to identify the "safe place" it seems to have been left among rubbish boxes due to be collected by the recycling company. They advise me not to take the tablets "just in case" as they could, I guess be unsafe (I haven't been offered a refund just an apology for inconvenience. Very disappointed that all I got was a sorry to hear about my bad experience. If I do as they suggest and not take the vitamins etc . I could be throwing away over £40.

This product Thermogenic fat burners uses a synthetic version of B12 which is called "Cyanocobalamin" the name cyanocobalamin derives from the cyanide group attached to the molecule. So this product contains cyanide which is a toxic substance and can be deadly.

I've tried speaking to Steve Bennett about this and also Primal living themselves but to date no one has replied. So be warned you are taking a small amount of cyanide everytime you take this supplement.

Great products that work! Transparency about the components and where the products are made. Clear and useful explanations through their videos. Look for Steve Bennett videos which is the founder of the company. Clear and honest advice. "Date of experience" box is limited as I use these products for a few years now and I experienced great results.

After a long absence caused by utter frustration at the lack of product for subscription customers, chaotic pricing etc etc, seeing Steve launch more innovations,( MyVit) I ventured back to primal. So, for the last few days I have been trying to buy several months worth of several products to try and avoid the out of stock nonsense that did my head in before with Primal. Products are put in my basket only to disappear at checkout. I have emailed Primal twice about this, and that when I try to checkout I am in a loop of - confirm address-confirm payment method- complete order - confirm address- payment method etc etc round and round. No reply from Primal. Customer Care? They don't seem to. Look at your operational behaviour Steve, and how the trite phrases trotted out about valued loyal customers does not reflect reality. The core of operational behaviour needs to be reset, brought up to standard,and then maintained and improved upon further

At last! Primal have taken delivery of Omega 3. My joints will soon stop aching as much as they do. Although I have a monthly subscription & I expect Omega to be in my regular order again, I have purchased 3 for 2 from Gemporia. Primal s Omega 3 is the best I have ever taken. As always value for money products.

They seem to sell water filter system but then don't back it by supplying replacement filters. They are difficult to contact too. Also the website is badly done in my opinion not many products. In the past I've found them pretty good but I've been trying to get filter replacements for a while now and they still don't have them. Why wouldn't you back your products up. ??😠

I have a subscription for vitamins and omega and they are always posted promptly at an excellent affordable price.

What makes my experience great is i don't have to worry about my order it comes out every month and I can change it any time if i need to ❤

As you ask, I am cancelling subscription with them.
Been a loyal customer since Primal Living began.
Every 2 months I check my subscription for what I need, or not.
The reason being they changed the website, mixed it up with Gemporia jewellery & 6months now, I cannot see or amend my account or past orders with Primal.
No help is forthcoming & customer service don't care.

I used to be a very loyal customer of Primal Living. Ive been very pleased with the experience with them.

Since it has been bought by another dodgy company the prices of the products I’ve bought literally doubled.

That’s why I’m sick of this “support small businesses” movement. Small businesses are unpredictable, inconsistent, just don’t care.

Hi to be honest I don’t know were I am with you guys stuff out of stock then mix up with orders so from you guys been the top of the tree. Am afraid your near the roots ,I can’t put the date experience in because they are all over the place

The product is great. The things I have noticed in particular are my nails which are stronger and look better and also improvement to my digestive system.
The monthly subscription and postage is very good, always arrives.

I had a subscription with Primal Living and it suddenly stopped and I was told it was no longer available and I had to purchase through Gemporia. The prices on Gemporia were double so I had to wait for auctions to get the price lower. I then ordered in bulk in the auction. I then got an email saying my subscription was shipping again, but there is no way to log on to edit this subscription or view it. I now have way too much stock and no way of amending future orders. Don't know what is going on.

Not a good experience at all!
Over six months I having a problem with receiving my subscription order, not receiving or receiving wrong items, etc.. I spoke to costumer services on monthly basis but the situation did not improve. I called Costumer services on 27/09/22 (some to Jenny) and requested some of my items on subscription but canceled on item. Waited but did not receive email confirmation, but received email that Primal living put through the item I canceled. I called C/S again on 1/10/22 and spoke to Ben and he told me that Jenny did not put through my order at all. I told him what was going on and he apologised. At this point I had enough and canceled my complete subscription and he promised that will do. Few days later I received items that I canceled. I am sooo DISAPPOINTED WITH PRIMAL LIVING and how they manage their business. Also I am not able to access my account and cancel my account completely. DO NOT SEND ME ANY ITEMS ANY LONGER AND DO NOT USE MY PAYMENT METHOD! I will take legal action if you do.
