I purchased during black Friday sales and still not received. Normally great quality products too. Disappointed by the way you have handled my numerous attempts to get this sorted out. As they are Christmas presents, I would have liked them before Christmas. The last 2 attempts to contact you have gone unanswered. Poor customer service.

Hi Janine, we received over 20 emails from you which we still have, each showing replies as we kept you updated along the way. we also issued a full refund for your delayed parcel. The Uk is having a delivery crisis at the moment, due to Royal Mail strikes and other couriers being unable to cope. We hope your parcel will arrive soon!
It’s a shame as I’ve always used…
It’s a shame as I’ve always used primalash and always recommend them to everyone- however I order the glam advent calendar but was sent the natural ones which are no good to me. I sent an email, Instagram message and commented on Instagram post to ask for help and heard nothing back - now I’m stuck with a product that I won’t use and I don’t have much disposable income due to cost of living so this was a treat for myself and I wish I hadn’t bothered :(.

Best lash brand for service and versatility
I honestly do not have a bad word to say. I am a makeup artist and I bulk buy monthly. I have never had any issues with my orders or deliveries. Any queries I have are always responded to promptly and with care. I recommended Primalash to absolutely everyone. There is honestly no competition.

Fun, fab lashes
Fast delivery, reasonably priced and always have a sale on! I am constantly getting complimented about my lashes and always say its Prima Lash. I dont wear lashes from anywhere else. I especially recommend the vault lashes. Such a bargain!!

Swim proof holiday bundle
I bought a bundle pack of individual lashes which I have bought before and had no problem the individual lashes were completely straight the glue that came with them was already hardened in it’s bottle so there was no way of using it what a waste of money honestly

i’ve never had a negative experience with primalash. it’s been my go-to lash place for years and i always recommend it to as many people as i can. the lashes are always high quality, fair in price, and last a lot longer than any other lash brand i’ve tried. the wide variety at primalash is amazing, there’s something for everyone here. i could not recommend primalash enough.
