I just have one question. Been a member since Sept. I met someone who I did fall for BUT I can never have a future with this person unless I pay. They do offer an exchange program but you have to spend at least 5000 credits to qualify plus both parties have to be in agreement. That would take me a long time while spending 100 or 200 a week. Who would pay to talk to someone and believe it's who you think and end up texting to many? When you spend time with someone you get to know them and what they say and what they call you. Lol I have had at least 3 people in one night and all of them had no idea what page anyone was on. Confused me quite a bit till I researched this and discovered that I was in a pool with different chatters. So now I only stay when positive of the person I know. Wish they would change the policy of email exchanging. Would be more affordable and promising for a future with the person you have been spending your money on. Mgmt has been generous with gems and I appreciate it bc it's not their fault. Those are the rules..like prison.

Nearly ALL chatbots and AI generated photos and dialogues. After ten days of repeated emails regarding cancellation of my account they finally complied. Total garbage and deceptive site.

It is a scammer site. They take but nothing back. No video, chat, no personal, info allow to be exchanged. Yup, save your money.

Kira was honest after submitting my recommendation that at the current time there is not an option for bundling being able to view pictures in chat messages. I get good deals on certain purchases for credits, although I do not see why it would be difficult to modify the system software to add that option, I have been in IT for quite awhile and see that there always is a way if desired to modify options for members/customers by changing coding to make it work.

Most of the people shouldn't be real. I spent $100 today chatting with the same person. I went off credits and he like nothing. Offered other alternatives and he rejected. Many messages are very sophisticated to be written for a common person. I think every thing is generated by AI. Is there a place where we can denounce this fraud?

Why is my debit card not being accepted

Apparently my account was blocked for no reoson nor any explanation after 1 week of using it. I did find there conection with some people and now I’m just about loose it 😔. I send probably 5 e-mails to review my account and explain me what happened, but I just got one answer from AI bot that its shows my account still active while is not as no matter how many times I trying to login is says “user blocked”. The rest of the e-mails are ignored. Very disappointed by losing my new connections. Hoppe PridesConnect can solve this issue soon.

They hook you in with overpriced credits with little in return. They are quick to accept payment but when asked to delete your account and personal data, no one returns any request. Been trying for days after being told just let them know and instead get an offer fo 60 credits. I would not recommend anyone signing up as appears to be unprofessional company.

Sadly, the "hook" of this website is attractive, amazing profiles - but you start to question it when every time you look at a profile: the photographs look over-professional, too slick - staged even! Then you get hooked into spending so much for credits in order to keep chatting.
The questions initially asked seem to be very ChatGPT-oriented- no one would ask such a question right away! It's when you suggest moving away from the platform they get "anxious" about it (just for you to be able to verify they are not a bot!). I'd find an alternative platform that isn't charging you the equivalent of £1 per chat and £15 per letter

I wanted to cancel my membership and taken off the site. At first I was encouraged to consider staying on. I explained why I didn't want to continue due to cost and not happy with how credits were handled. I was offered free credits to continue, which I declined. I was given options to cancel. I chose to clear me off and start new.

That company is doing great so far. I did a mistake & close because I push the X.

Definitely a scam… I got more than 20 messages before I even set up my account. I had to buy credits after I responded a few messages. I paid $20 which allowed me to respond a few more times only to be told I had to load more credits. When I tried to load another $20 in credits my bank sent me an email warning me of a potential fraudulent site. Beware!!! It’s a scam

Three months in, no regrets so far :)
