Wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to all of your staff at Prezzo Rugby for making Mothers Day so perfect for my mother. The menu was delicious and the service was as we’ve come to expect, excellent. Your staff made my 91 year old mother feel special and the center of attention which made her night. She was still talking about her wonderful evening the following day.

Visited Crawley prezzo . Absolutely brilliant. Staff are so friendly . Hannah was our waitress . She was amazing . The manager is so good too . Always checking all is ok .

Smiling 😃 faces in Crawley prezzo Italian pizza place, Friendly staff and great food, I'm a vegan pizza and it was absolutely delicious meat lovers with mushrooms red peppers pepperoni vegan cheese with a glass of red wine.

Best meal out I've had in a long time. I had the crab and lobster ravioli and my wife had pizza. Both were hot, fresh and really tasty. The coffee was also very good - better than the high street star-costa-neros.

Visited the Prezzo restaurant , at Salford Quays and had a lovely meal. Tanya, our waitress was professional, kind, attentive and polite. She really looked after us and made us feel special

We used our Taste Card, which was a massive bonus. However, we did purchase additional items including olives and bread,( special price of £6 for both). Lots of special offers were on the menu and app and this really adds to the experience as you feel they are catering for all budgets.

I really like the refurb as the restaurant felt more spacious and the decor was bright and appealing.

New refurb has made it like an American burger diner! Not very nice layout (all square) for Max seating cramped. Ordered a tea £3.50 it is a cup that they only half fill, terrible.
Along with refurb comes prices increase.
Not very impressed in a cramped diner. The food is generally good and fresh.

Felixstowe High Street, Suffolk. Booked a table online. My husband arrived at the restaurant, empty restaurant with only one table with customers,never a good sign! He gave our name the 'hostess' who did not acknowledge him with any form of greeting, took him to a table that was laid but dirty, crumbs on the seat. The 'hostess' laid the menus on the table, walked away without any form of social acknowledgement, my husband moved tables then called the 'hostess' over who came reluctantly. He asked for a peroni beer, she looked at her tablet and in a tone and a leaning forward towards his face which can only be described as aggressive told him 'we don't do Peroni' he responded with 'you used too!' 'hostess' response we don't anymore! I arrived shortly after, no one to greet me at the desk I walked over to where my husband was sitting who relayed what happened so I said we will leave and go elsewhere. The whole time the 'hostess' did not smile or give any form of greeting and make us as customers feel welcome. We will not be returning until this person has training in hospitality. Having worked in the industry for 20 years I know and understand the value of good staff.

If you are vegetarian don't have the "new" very veggie calzone unless you like very bland food. Contents list sounded nice, but the reality was mushroom (about five button, boiled, no flavour) sun dried tomato (three slices, the only taste in there, there was a slime of spinach, 2 splodges of creamy mascarpone (approx 2 tbsp.) No flavouring - one would expect some oregano, perhaps a sprinkling of cheese with a taste in there, or something. The side salad promised, consisted of a handful of rocket with six quarters of cherry tomato, I saw a trace of reduced balsamic vinegar on the plate but not enough to hit the otherwise undressed "salad". The calzone initially looked too big but it was all puffed up air, not much of the tasteless filling, it was crescent shaped with the back core and twisted ends made of hard rubber inedible dough. Oh, I did find some raw garlic in the rolled hard edge when I sawed it apart to see if it was edible, perhaps it was soft inside, but no sadly it wasn't. Otherwise, it was a pleasant atmosphere, a bit chilly with the air con, the staff were very good - Gainsborough branch.

We went to Prezzo in Bath. Seven of us for lunch
Very disappointed we weren't allowed to use our Tesco club card discount whilst the Bath Christmas markets were on or our Blue light card. Next week would be ok !
I ordered the Marry me chicken. Lots of rigatoni pasta and 3 small pieces of sliced chicken. Cost £18.50 !
We also had a service charge added to our final bill as there was more than 6 of us. This was removed after asking
Our waitress was very attentive and helpful
We are a group of work colleagues who meet up 2 or 3 times a year for lunch and were very disappointed this time

We just had another excellent meal at Prezzo in Kings Lynn. It wasn’t by any means our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My wife is in a wheelchair, and they accommodate her so pleasantly, and respectfully. Nothing is too much trouble, and the food and service is too class. Certainly recommend to anyone in Kings Lynn to visit.
