Very easy selection process and good prices. I have bought many clothes from this site and all have been as described. The prices are affordable to me and I've found so very good quality coats and smart outfits as well as everyday clothes. Excellent service especially as free delivery which really helps my budgeting. Thank you.

Nearly all items in the last two orders from Preworn have been very shabby and worn out, eg the neck of a shirt described as in 'Excellent'condition was completely worn through and the cuffs were tattered and worn out. A pair of mens trousers, also described as in 'Excellent' condition were quite literally filthy dirty and also had something resembling paint marks on the front. I could go on, but in short most of the clothes were in a very poor state.

I am very much in favour of recycling clothes, but I dislike being misled as to their condition.

It's not good enough Preworn, get your act together.

All in all a good site but with many issues. Pictures could be clearer if I'm a little picky but when I've viewed a garment and then choose to view another from the same manufacturer, the initial garment is displayed again. Some descriptions clearly don't match the item displayed. After completing all steps necessary to receive a 25% discount as a new user... I wasn't awarded it and paid £6.37 more than I should. No expected delivery date issued before or after purchase. Fingers crossed all is delivered safely.

Almost overnight the prices have just about doubled,had stuff in my basket that's proof to this
They sent me a code for 50% of so I thought as a last purchase I would get the stuff in my basket but it didn't work even though I met the conditions
Cannot understand the price rises they've pushed them selves into new clothes pricing I was trying to be sustainable and save some money but alas another good company gives In to greed so I am another loyal customer voting with my feet

I have bought from Preworn several times but have noticed they have recently increased their prices sometimes 3 times the price than what the item was listed at originally (I know this as I had several items in my basket and all have at least doubled or tripled in price). I understand inflation but this is greediness and you will lose a lot of previously loyal customers. Many people rely on secondhand sellers due to the cost of living and the new prices are ridiculous and unaffordable. No one will pay £20+ for a used M&S jumper that isn’t even in great condition. Very disappointed

The pricing is a joke now, its cheaper to buy items individually on Ebay again, which I had stopped doing in favour of Preworn. Who in their right mind is going to pay£20+ for a M&S second hand sweatshirt, or £10+ for a blouse you can buy a brand new one cheaper on the High Street/Online in the sales for a start, or a second hand one in a charity shop.

Used to love this company, and have spent a lot of money with them in the past as I think if you can buy and utilise second hand clothing you should, but even with their current clearance scam (the prices of everything in it have doubled and tripled so not a good deal at all) they have essentially priced themselves out of the second hand marketplace.

I used to get lots of clothes from there, but my goodness, they have increased the prices so much that it's now cheaper to buy the stuff new. Sorry, but with their greediness they have lost a loyal customer. What a rip off....

I have had previously very good experiences with this company but they have increased their prices to unaffordable levels. As a regular customer I feel let down by this and will likely not use them again.

Used to be brilliant then suddenly put prices up dramatically and quality also went down. Put jacket in basket yesterday for £8, today it’s £28.50. It’s not even in great condition. Not sure what they are playing at.

They could answer an email for a start, I placed my order 4 days ago, emailed straight away as soon as the confirmation came , two more emails, still no answer, I won't be ordering anything from this site again .
This company got in touch via trustpilot to ask for more details, which I provided, no answer, I phoned the number numerous times , left my number, no answer, so I can only conclude from my experience that customer care is non existent, the things they sell may well be great but sadly I will never know

The goods were fabulous and in great condition, hardly worn and as described. Unfortunately one item was the wrong size so will try to return as they a great new pair of leather boots which someone could benefit from but not me due to shape of my funny feet!

I’ve ordered a few things from this website. I absolutely absolutely love everything that I have received also looked that they do free shipping as well is perfect. Never had a problem.

excellent experience for 2 orders i have received so far but costumer service don't bother to reply my emails for some technical issues i like to solves, it will be inconvenience if major problem arise in the future if they don't bother at all
