I have to give at least one star to leave a review. My experience here was extremely disappointing, particularly with Patrick. Our vehicle was left in this disorganized lot for two weeks, and when we picked it up, it had a long key scratch from the front to the rear doors. On a positive note, Brian, who assisted us when we collected the car, tried his best to buff out the scratches for about 20 minutes, showing genuine effort even though it didn't work. Patrick, the manager supposed to address the issue, promised to call and resolve it but never did. When I reached out, his response was dismissive, claiming they weren't responsible for the damage and offering no solution. The facility was chaotic, with vehicles haphazardly parked, and they seemed more interested in your money than taking care of your belongings. I’m now working with my card provider to reclaim my funds. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place.

One 1 star because I cant write the review without 1. The guy Patrick complete waste of space. Our car was staying in this piggery for 14 nights and when we got it back it was vanadlised in ways of a Key scratch from the front wing all the way down the side of the doors to the back. To be fair to the guy Brian who dealt with us at the time. He spent a good 20 mins trying to polish it out ( Never gonna work) but at least the boy had a go. Big Boss Man Patrick was gonna deal with it on his return and call me to sort it out. Well that call never came. I called him and got the old "What happened to your car in here has nothing to do with us" and "what you want me to do" Patter. Place is a mess cars just parked everywhere and they clearly do not give a monkeys about your property, only the colour of your money. Im onto my card provider now to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE, BE WARE.

Any site that keeps closing it's Facebook page to avoid bad reviews has serious issues. I cancelled my booking as per the terms and conditions of this company - over 7 days and would receive a refund. Refused to refund even with 5 weeks notice and changed their own rules, very poor customer service. Reported to trading standards (Mr Stewart at Prestwick Airpark reported they've had lots of dealings with them- good to know!) I reported to PayPal who upheld my claim to get my money back. Avoid these crooks at all costs, they rewrote their own t&c's to cover themselves but I took screen shots of them all before they did this - nice try!! I actually count it as a blessing in disguise that we did not park here given all the negative customer review and newspaper press that this company have received.
