ESTAFA
Son estafadores.Despues de hacer un bizum de 390€,pasan días y no recibí el reloj.Les escribo y no contestan.Espero que mi mala experiencia os sirva para que no caigáis.

Se presentan como unos distribuidores de relojes 1:1 lo único que hacen es subir fotos de relojes orginales afirmando que son suyos y replicas. Las fotos que utilizan las cogen de stories de Instagram de vendedores y joyerías americanas que utilizan relojes originales. La calidad jamás es la que enseñan.

No llega pedido, no contestan y al cabo de semanas envían un correo automático que siga esperando.
Es una estafa en toda regla, he visto que otros usuarios han tenido la misma experiencia, espero que mi experiencia sirva para evitar nuevas estafas

Pedido hecho el 28 de Noviembre, pagado mediante Bizum y no he recibido nada. No contestan en ningun canal

Estafa 350€ a la basura, que asco de gente

Estafa. Me gustaría establecer conversaciones con personas afectadas por estos estafadores. Se podría hacer algo en conjunto.

Estafa!! Hace un mes que hicimos el Bizum al +34 624 18 19 92 y no hemos recibido ningún reloj ni nos contesta nadie!!!! Vamos a denunciar ya!!!! Estafadores

Poca seriedad, casi nunca responden, de hecho no dejan que nadie comente sus vídeos en Instagram, por algo sera.precios bastante caros

watch came and everything looked great however the last link i needed to take out so it would fit was so stuck my dad had to put the watch in a vice and saw it out. not only this but when setting the time to push the crown back in it would not click and i had to keep pressing over and over for it to finaly go in and start ticking again. one of the pins constantly keep unscrewing no matter how much i tighten it and the flap that clips over the clasp has came off a few times. the major issue i now have is the metal boarder arround the date has now came off and has wedged between the hands and now has stopped ticking so the watch now longer works at all. i have emailed prestige watches and still have had no reply so over all disappointed as i spent almost €300 on this watch

Mir wurde eine Erstattung angeboten, leider nicht zur Gänze erhalten. Nie wieder eine Rückmeldung bekommen, egal wie oft ich eine E-Mail geschrieben habe.

It’s a scam, the don’t answer any mails. You can’t reach them when there is a problem with the Watch . You can’t find a telephone number of the company or where there are located . There is nowhere An adress of the company

Llevo un mes esperando para que me manden el pedido, nada ninguna respuesta. Al principio si te respondían después de varios días pero al comprar desaparecieron nada de nada. Número español , cuenta española. Voy a tomar medidas sobre esto. Es una estafa.

Un mes esperando y nada, responden a la semana y diciendo tonterías, pura estafa, 400 euros tirados

Received a faulty watch and when I emailed they told me I could get it fixed and they would reimburse me. The place where I bought it said it was glued together and had multiple faults. They said it wasn’t worth fixing but I still had to pay obviously. When I emailed the company numerous times I haven’t received one reply since this. My last email I requested a return address as I want my money back and they have completely ignored every email. A disgrace of a company conning people out of money for poor quality watches. Avoid them.

I recently purchased the Seiko Just Diamond Crown, and I must say, it’s an absolutely beautiful watch. I love the intricate details and the elegant design—it’s truly stunning.

However, as a woman with smaller wrists, I was disappointed to find that the strap is too large for me, even after removing all the adjustable links. This is such a shame because with other watches, I’ve always been able to adjust the strap to fit perfectly.

I reached out to the company via email to see if there was a solution, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response.

As much as I adore the design, I wouldn’t buy another watch here as a woman with slim wrists, knowing the strap sizing and customer service might be an issue.

the watch is perfect, taken care of in the smallest details, the staff is very kind and ready to solve your every need, if I need a watch I will definitely buy from them again
