Prestige Windows & Doors Contractors Recenzje

Khal, Andrew and the team where professional, translarent and collaborative from the start.

The delivery and installation was very quick, the team cleaned up after themselves, and the final windows were premium as promised

I had a Composite Front door, rear French door, two other doors and 13 windows replaced by Khal and his team in June/July 2025. I did look into a few other competitors, but Khal's approach made me feel the most comfortable. Having waited years to have my windows replaced, Khal was a wise choice.

Initially we were told that the lead in time was only 6 weeks to installation. And then there was an issue with the glass we originally chose for our front door, so we had to chose an alternative. Two weeks later, without any advance warning, the job was commenced. The job took 6 days to complete and the team was extremely professional, they made sure to bring their own sheets to cover my furniture and cleared the old windows from my house . The new windows and door have changed the look of my house and it feels warmer and more secure.

Three months later three other problems surfaced and I informed Khal. Again after a bit of a time lag all these problems were cleared to my satisfaction.

Just one suggestion here for your team: when supporting the ceiling in front of bay windows with acrows, please use a clean board/plank on top of the acrows so it doesn’t needlessly mark the ceiling paint/finish.

Khal, Marcello and the whole team have delivered an exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Khal and his team, they were brilliant.

Khal and the team were great. From initial online enquiry I was contacted straight away and same day quotation. Quick survey and very fast installation. Fitters were great and very happy with the finished result.

From inception through to installation .. great service .
Product is second to none!

Khal at Prestige Windows was great from start to finish. Really helpful, easy to deal with, and kept everything clear. The fitting team were just as good. Friendly, professional, and they did a really tidy job. Everything was fitted smoothly and the end result looks brilliant. Would happily recommend them.

Excelent service, very polite staff and hard worker, they respect the date and time, very professinoal company. We recomand this company 100%

Amazing price, super quick service- all done and dusted in 2 days for a whole house of new windows and doors and a brand new porch. Friendly hard working guys. Would highly recommend.

Had a really pleasant experience with Prestige and team. Khal was professional, understanding and the whole process was smooth and efficient. We had an issue with delays in manufacturing due to dates close to Xmas but Khal managed to ensure everything was complete in time for Xmas. Would highly recommend! We

Very good team
Very professional and fast with responding to questions. Manufacturing time was nice and quick (2 weeks). New windows look great.

Excellent professional service from survey through to installation completion. When challenges were encountered, which resulted in the works taking a little longer than planned, Khal was very attentive and mobilised his team in to action. The final job looks great, would gladly recommend Prestige

It’s a massive expense to do windows and doors, so we took our time and shopped around a bit before deciding on Prestige. Khal is very knowledgeable in his trade and was very personable; and his surveyor who came to measure up the job provided some excellent advice/alternative suggestions.

We were very pleased to learn that the lead in time was only 4 weeks to installation. And although we encountered an issue with the glass we originally chose for our front door (which meant our doors were one week delayed), I was very pleased with the installation team who worked extremely hard, were very polite and tidied up really well after themselves.

And the best part was that the end result turned out better than we’d hoped! Not only does our home now feel so much warmer🔥, it’s also so much quieter 🥰.

As such, I would not hesitate to recommend Khal and his very competent team to do your windows and doors - he aims to please and delivers just that… Massive thanks to everyone involved for the amazing job, we couldn’t be happier! 😍

Quality of the windows are very good, cannot fault them at all, ok one did break but was replaced within 6 months. They look fantastic and certainly stand out from neighbours.

There was a big mistake during production with the wrong type of windows being ordered but director Kahlid Omar was very honest and decent about it and had it corrected no question despite it being a huge additional cost to the company to rectify.

Had to have the windows reinstalled due to a number of mistakes made by a sub contractor who did the install but their proper team put almost everything right, special thanks to Vito who is a great listener and problem solver. I am rather OCD about everything being perfect, they did a fairly decent job and ticked off 99% of everything that needed to be addressed/fixed/replaced. I'm going to source the last bits myself as it won't cost much so not going to kick up a fuss about it.

Anyway it took a very long while from A to B but we got there in the end and now a happy customer.

I had three rear windows to replace. The company is reliable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a French door and 11 windows replaced by Khal and his team in October 2025. The whole process from quotation to fitting was smooth and efficient. The job took 2 days to complete and the team was extremely professional, they made sure to bring their own sheets to cover my furniture and cleared the old windows from my house . The new windows and door have changed the look of my house and it feels warmer and more secure. Khal, Marcello and the whole team have delivered an exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Khal and his team, they are brilliant.

I met with several contractors but I was impressed with the quality of the sample windows shown to me by Khal and the competitive price. I had 9 single glazed windows and a door replaced with tilt and turn casement windows and I am very pleased with the quality of work carried out by the fitters.

It took a little longer than expected to arrange the fitters but once the date was agreed the fitters worked very hard to complete the job over two days and made sure they put down dust sheets and cleared up after themselves.

I am happy to recommend Prestige Windows & Doors Contractors Ltd.

Khal came by to give me a quote on new windows and doors, and honestly, everything about the experience was perfect. He explained everything clearly, the presentation was great, and the installation time was exactly what they promised. The products themselves look amazing and really upgraded the whole look of my home.

The team was just as awesome super friendly, professional, and respectful. When they finished, the place was spotless, like no one had even been inside. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new windows and doors.

We’ve been very happy with the process of choosing our product (windows and door) and are thrilled with the efficiency and dedication to provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend this company and we couldn’t thank the team enough as they worked so hard to get the job done.

We had a great experience from Khal and team. Our windows and door look great. Khal came a long way to give us a quote the very next day and we had our windows and door fitted 4 weeks later.

The fitters were brilliant. Vitor and Elias worked so hard and completed the job in 1 day. They completely tidied up inside out and disposed of all rubbish. We love the look of the house - completely transformed.

Thanks to Khal and the Prestige team.

We have recently had three doors replaced by Khal and his team and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. The doors are absolutely perfect, they look stunning - even the neighbours have commented and our house already feels warmer and more secure.
The whole fitting process was really smooth which was really important to us as a family with young children
Khal and his team have delivered an exceptional service at a really good price, we couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend.

I recently had a full house of windows installed, as well as a new front door and rear french doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with Prestige.

From start to finish the experience was exceptional. Khal was transparent and professional throughout & Marcelo and the team showed up on time and treated my home with respect. They worked quickly yet with great care, always keeping things clean and organised.

By the time they finished, you’d never even know they’d been here. Windows fit perfectly, the front and rear doors look fantastic, and everything operates flawlessly.

If you’re looking for a company that delivers on their promise, with professionalism, efficiency, and immaculate cleanup, look no further than Prestige. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will absolutely use them again in the future!
