What a brilliant service! I like things to be immaculate which is what this company does. They clean my bins so the bins look squeaky clean and smell lovely! A reliable, professional service and also cheaper than other providers I looked at! Highly recommend!!

I am one of the customers I have been with them for the past three years they are very excellent in cleaning my bins very prompt coming every month to clean them and I will give a positive review I recommend them Thank you very much for all your help

I’ve only had 1 clean so far but I was really impressed! They left a Black bag in the bin and let us know once the job has been done. I would definitely recommend!

I used Prestige bins for the very first time. I was very pleased with all the work that was carried out. All of my bins and caddy bin were left with high level of cleaning and fresh. I definitely would recommend them and would carry on using their service.

I have used Prestige for a few years and recommended them to my immediate neighbours who now use them, but there have been issues which I have brought up with them but they are ALWAYS right, the customer never right.

I have my green food/garden waste recycling bin cleaned every month. When Prestige turn up and the bin has not been emptied they have put the waste in a bin liner, cleaned my bin and then put the rubbish and the bin liner back inside the bin. I have had to turn the bin over to get the bin bag out as this cannot be recycled, and the food waste has spilt over the pavement.

Many times in the past they have done stupid things but this month tops it.

They came and supposedly cleaned my green bin and then put the food waste back into the bin, a day later there were maggots crawling in the bin, so what was the point cleaning it in the first place… I have it cleaned and sanitised so that it doesn’t get maggots.

I messaged Prestige to ask why I had been billed when I could not tell if it had been cleaned at all, their response was “we are 1000% sure it has been cleaned”.

I have always left it a few months and then pay my bill, rather than be in credit as I do not trust them after reading other reviews of people paying in advance. Now they have employed a rude female to phone and chase for their money. I received an email on Thursday for £8 owed to them and on the following Tuesday I got a call from this woman asking for the £8. I explained that I am unemployed and will pay once I have some money (which I have told them in the past), she asked “when will you have money”!!! I told her later on in the week. I asked not to receive phone calls chasing for £8 as I would pay it and didn’t need the stress of talking to someone. She explained that it is automated so the it will call anyway and she couldn’t stop it. She told me that they have over 3,000 customers and it’s the same for all of them. I told her to stop coming to clean my bin as I would pay my bill by the end of the week and cannot be bothered with them anymore.

Then today, Friday first thing I get another reminder from them that I owe £8, surely if they have such a booming business they really don’t have to chase for a menial £8.

From the other reviews on Prestige Bin Cleaning, it seems as there are plenty of other customers who have been let down and cannot get a refund for paying in advance.

Prestige, if you have read this then you should learn from you mistakes and keep your customers happy. As your reviews can be a make or break for small companies like yours and the reviews you have on Trustpilot are not very good. Also you are not always right.
