Took FOREVER to get my bras. I am a 34DD and ordered a medium. Over 7 weeks later I got the order but they were 4XL. I emailed and asked to return the bras and get the correct size.
Below is the email I received in regards to the exchange:
Please be kindly noticed that you have to pay the shipping fee for the return.
Our warehouse receiving returned goods is not the one on the waybill.
Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 4USD
as compensation ? Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Clearly, I told them to pound sand.

Will not refund money for products not even resembling what is advertised.
Auto response apologized profusely then said no!

I ordered some headphones from them and immediately contacted them to cancel the order (my bad, I ordered the wrong thing) - their policy states that orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if done before the item is dispatched. There is no option on the website to cancel an order so I immediately (within an hour of ordering) emailed their support team who, ignored my request and instead offered to modify my order. They continued to delay communications until the item was dispatched and then told me they couldn't cancel now. I haven't received the item yet, but based on the other reviews, it will not be what I expect, nor do I even want them.

Same situation as most, weird sizing and won't let you return after they said I could. Then said it'll be too much and $2 then ,$5 compensation. Wth!! Its $35 for 3 bras. Trying to find return address.....

Thier sizes run extremely small! I wear an XL. I bought 3 bras from this company and had to buy a 4X according to their size chart. It is so small that I can't fit into the bras! Also, the merchandise is coming from China so if you live in the United States you can expect at least a 5 week wait until you get the merchandise. They do not tell you this up front. They say you can get your money refunded however you have to send it to China first!

This is a scammers I ordered the adjustable wireless bra 3 for $35.70 the description of the items it’s not accurate plus factory faulty the strap of the bra is twisted, As soon I get the items I emailed the they said I can’t return it back I can keep it I want my money back or exchange the smaller size ..but they offer me $2 or $4 compensation . I don’t need that I want my money back.can anyone help me how to report this scammers? Thanks

Over a week and apparently the parcel has just been driving around Ireland. My mistake not searching for company reviews before placing the order. Will happily change review if it actually ever arrives but I’m not holding my breath.

This product did not meet expectations of what they were advertising. Super flimsy material, zero support! Refused to refund money and take product back. Pathetic customer service. I would have totally given 0 stars for this product. Do not buy

Very dishonest company! The size is no where near what I ordered! I was charged twice as well! They refuse to allow me to return the bras and as others said, offered me 2 and then 4 dollars as a refund! Such a crooked company if you can even call it a company, it’s more like an illegal money grab! I’m pissed! They should be kicked off instagram!

Hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation.
The freight for returning the goods is too expensive.
This will cost you a lot of money and time.
You can keep the goods after receiving the compensation.

This is the worst company ever. I spend 37.00 and the sizes are not what you order. When I ask for refund they offered 4.00 and said to donate to the goodwill

My ordered delivered to somewhere else and it took about her 3 weeks but they are suppose to be mailing my items. But have not given me a tracking number! So we shall see! 7-30-25
I place my order on 6-9-2025. I was given a tracking number that hardly ever updated. On 7-6-2025 said my package was In Iowa. Every time I reached out to the company they said it was on the way. Reached out every day and was just told that it was delivered on 7-8-25 mind you they just told me it was still in transit. I never received the package and they will not refund my money!!! Not happy at all! Do not order from this place!

Don't waste your money, they will send the wrong size and offer to pay you $2, $4 or $6 even though you paid over $30 and wait over two weeks to receive the wrong product. I see that had happened, the same thing to several people. SCAM

They responded when I said I wanted a refund. Similar to another review here, I ordered $30 in merchandise. The sizing was completely off. They offered me a couple dollars. Or, I could send it back to China….to get a full refund. Postage would be $29!

Me. But, I disputed the charge with my bank and got an immediate refund. Do not order from this crooked scam of a merchant in CHINA.

One only because I couldn’t choose 0. I ordered size 36 b and received 2xl. I contacted support and they said they sent what I ordered. We went back and forth each time they insisted I was sent what I ordered. They offfered to give me first $2, then $4, then finally $6 and I could give the bras to a friend that they might fit. I ordered the group of three spending $30. I wanted my full refund and even sent a screen shot of what they said was coming along with pictures of my product the parcel info etc. do not buy from them!

I ordered a set of 3 support bras in a 36B and received an XL. That is NOT an XL size. I'm a small/medium. I filed a complaint with them and Paypal and they offered me a fraction of the cost as refund. I declined and they offered me a full refund if I send it back to Hong Kong. It would cost me more to send it back. This is unacceptable with them and Paypal.com

I purchased some bras on March 27th 2025. It is now on June 23rd 2025 and I still haven't received my product. They tried to use tariffs but I had ordered this way before Tariffs have came into play. They said they sent down another product that I still haven't got. I haven't got my money back a customer service never helps. I've sent so many emails as pathetic and all I want is my $54 back or my product do not buy from this company they are totally fake and bogus I don't know why these social media sites keep putting these fake companies on there walls. Do not buy worst mistake I ever made

SIZING CHART WRONG. Company is not reliable for return policy. Their sizing chart is wrong and they play the game after that trying to offer 20% refund.

I purchased an XL cardigan but when it finally arrived it was a size S but in and XL bag. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation and was asked to show them the parcel satchel it came in with the details on it. I had since thrown away the satchel it came in so couldn't supply that but as I stated I had sent them a photo of the cardigan with the S size detail and the bag with the XL detail. They had my order number which I thought should be enough. Oh no, they offered me a $3 refund against the $30 order. I went back to them again explaining that I hadn't ordered the wrong size, THEY had sent me the wrong size, they then offered me a $6 refund. No amount of arguing from me would make them see any reasoning and they wouldn't budge. Clearly their error but their customer service was terrible. I will never buy or recommend this company to anybody.
