Great Prep Centre! Finally made the switch from in house prep to outsourcing all FBA prep in aim of converting the FBA business to fully remote. After comparing costs and communication methods of other prep centres, Prep365 seemed best suited to what I was looking for. Their dashboard is straightforward, the team is responsive and my orders have been prepped and shipped in a decent amount of time. I really like the client dashboard as it allows for you to input your shipment details once you have ordered stock then leave Prep365 to do the rest. Overall I'm very happy with the service and glad I chose Prep365.

I have very recently signed up to use Prep365 and my first shipment was sent off within the last few days. The process has been incredibly professional from the moment that I made my initial contact with Lewis, to them receiving my items, updating the inventory and packaging and sending off.
