We were desperate because we had been let down by another company. Premium Worktops we’re able to come out measure supply and fit. Very friendly people who were very professional and delivered what they promised within the timescale given. The standard of work is the best.

We ordered the Corian worktop for our new kitchen and Richard could not have been any more helpful.
We had to re-arrange templating several times as the project timescales moved and when I asked for a draining board style they had never done before it was no problem at all.
Installation team were also such nice lads, nothing was too much trouble.

Great support from Richard during decision making process, he was very patient with my indecisiveness and supplied all samples I needed to make up my mind. Flexible deposit to secure the templating which was organised very quickly. Great communication throughout. Finally Sam and Andy did an amazing job fitting the worktops: professional, friendly and skilful. Also, I did get comparative quotes and they do come in at a competitive rate. I really can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish Richard was so helpful and patient with making sure we received the worktop we had in mind. I was kept up to date throughout and they arrived on time, each visit. Sam was so polite, professional and super tidy; he and Andy have fitted our Hi-Mac Crema today and I couldn’t be more happier. I highly recommend Premium Worktops Direct. Their customer service was excellent. When one of the colours I had chosen had run out they quickly sent me similar new samples and arrange a new date. When they were not happy with the finish of one of the worktops they delayed the fitting by one day to rectifying the issue. We had Corian and Tristone fitted on top of bathroom vanity units. We have been using them for a few weeks and are very pleased. The quality of the product is very good as is the fitting.

Richard at Premium Worktops was so helpful in finding the colour and type of worktop we wanted (dark green and not much out there). He advised on types of materials and found a Hi-Macs colour which we liked. The price quoted was very competitive. The guys who templated the kitchen asked all the right questions to make sure we got the result we wanted and then fitted the worktop on-time and without fuss or drama. Communicating with the company was easy and I would definitely recommend them.

Buying on-line can be risky but I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and highly professional. The finished installation is superb and is the focal point of my new kitchen. Happy to recommend.

I am an Architect and I selected Premium Worktops for work on my own house based on budget, web reviews and a comparison of quotations. They installed a large Corian island worktop with inset Corian sinks and side panels.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided. I changed my mind several times re size, design details and sink specifications but Richard was always accommodating and extremely helpful. At one point we were texting late in the evening but he always responded immediately to me. Secondly Sam, who came with a colleague to first measure and secondly to install, was equally expert and professional and we are more than delighted with the finished work. For the record they were similar price to others but lead times much shorter and a far more 'can-do' attitude than I have experienced with many other trades. I would use the guys again without hesitation and I would 100% recommend the team to others.
