Just received my pool cue and super slim case, delivery was super quick. A big thank you to the lady who kindly let me try out a few cues before buying, it was a big help! The cue was very well packaged in it’s case on arrival, very impressed with the quality of service and products….will defo be using this company again……

I bought a chalk holder from Premium Cues and needed a chalk pouch. After shopping around, I came back to Premium Cues to make the second purchase. I initially annoyed myself because I placed two separate orders and had to pay delivery twice (entirely my fault). I didn’t bother contacting Premium Cues, but a couple of days later I noticed that I’d been refunded one of the delivery charges, as they had grouped the orders together. I was very impressed by this.

The items are great – although I haven’t used them yet, the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend Premium Cues and will definitely shop with them again in the near future.

I ordered a case on a Friday afternoon. There were clear delivery instructions so I knew I could expect delivery on The following Wednesday. As expected that was the day of delivery. Email communications were more that sufficient and using the Shop App is a smart way to track the process of the order. Will definitely use Premium Cues again.

I went for an Asia Cues cue with a Premier Cues aluminium case in green.
