Friendly staff clean spaces... Enjoy being bere!

Overall great work space environment with a few comments:
1. Fantastic office management team! Joel, Ashely & Elaine are very helpful and knowledgeable about the office space!
2. not much flexibility on conference room holding and going over allotted hours per month
3. Challenge in controlling heating/cooling in offices. We are entering the Fall/Winter months and air conditioning still comes on even though temp outside has dropped???
4. Hit/miss on doing new tenant meet & greet so you know who your neighbors are?? or is it up to the new tenants moving in?
5. Office placard's now only include office #?? No longer is the name of the company displayed?? Seems to be a miss as it's a nice to have in knowing what business is residing in the building space, just in case their services are needed or could be used.
Overall great office space compared to others we had looked at! :)

Everything is great. But I wish heat and AC could be on during the weekend and holidays. A lot of people still work. Specially in Puget Sound area, businesses are extremely busy these days.

Sad day when my firm left the Bothell, WA business Center this year. The team led by Lisa Johnson assisted us for nearly 10 years and helped make our business run smoothly. Their assistance and follow-up during our move made for a pleasant experience. First Class staff !

Signostics was in need of temporary office space and we needed it quickly. The process to secure the right amount of floor space, understanding the conditions of the lease, the support from the Premier staff was all excellent. Premier understood quickly what we needed, worked with us quickly and in a matter of days we had moved into our temporary office.

The business center is nice and professional, the location is great, and the option of having other center locations for off-site meetings has been great. But my favorite part about the experience is the support team at the Bothell location. They are all smart, responsive, pleasant, and treat my clients really well. It has been wonderful have the Premier staff on my team!

We are a company that works from California over to Texas and up to Washington State. We looked for an office for 6 months before we chose Premier Business Centers. Super happy to have the staff onsite to show our clients and applicants in. Also, they always provide us with fresh coffee and tea when we want it. The staff is awesome!
