Absolutely love my splashback
When I ordered my splashback I was informed it would take 2 weeks I was kept updated regularly on the process I could check the progress myself too. Beautiful Glass Radiator Covers, Chopping Boards & Splashbacks.
I designed my own glass radiator cover. Its absolutely gorgeous! There was a slight problem with another item that I ordered, but it was soon resolved and I have to say, their Customer Service is second to none. So for their goods its a 10/10 and for their Customer Service 11/10!

I have read your customer response to my feedback and find the tone very unprofessional!!! Do you think when potential customers read your customer service’ response to my review they want to buy from ‘Premier Range’ 🤣. I think not!
It is also an inaccurate reporting of events!!!
Any customer with issues with their purchase are ALL reporting poor customer service experience and putting BLAME and responsibility back to the cities.
FACT YOU can not colour match glass!!
Did not receive a colour matched item at all. Agreed a very small refund after weeks of emails, Advised this would be processed I 10 working days! No refund, send a further email, advised this would be chased up and 18 working day still not resolved.
Never have I had such a poor experience online.

As per my previous reply we respectfully withdraw our offer of goodwill, as it appears each time we offer you something you then want more.
Also, as per my previous, and detailed reply
When you received your item, IF you were unhappy with any aspect, you had the option to tell us and we could have remedied it, however i am sure anyone would agree that to GLUE IT TO THE WALL - then complain and ask for your money back does seem tremendously unfair.
We have over 8,000 5-star reviews and if you follow the basics of the welcome email AND the physical copy in the box that says;

Made to Measure service issues
Update to review:
I originally ordered a splash back using their made to measure service… it arrived marginally too big for the space I need to fit it in. Their t&cs state a 2mm tolerance but ultimately it has arrived 2mm too big to the size I measured. I raised this with them and they had had no interest in swapping for a correctly sized product or refunding the problem product if I return it.
After leaving this review as 1 star, they left a message against it to contact them to discuss further. Whilst it’s disappointing that the issue was escalated only after leaving the review and not through their customer services, I’m content with the outcome as after the discussion, they offered to produce a replacement at cost (£43.28 including delivery). As I needed it resolved I agreed to pay for the replacement.
Having since received the replacement it’s as needed so happy with the new product just ultimately frustrated it’s cost more than expected.
Have suggested they improve the clarity around the 2mm tolerance in the product dimensions page and not just hide it behind the t&cs which doesn’t appear to have been done yet but hopefully it can be sorted sooner rather than later to avoid repeat issues in the future as I can see I wasn’t the first to experience this from past reviews (which I hadn’t read in advance!)

Radiator Covers
We bought two radiator covers as ours were discoloured and yellowing. Didn't want to purchase the traditional wooden 'box' covers as they'd impinge on the space in the hall. These are a fantastic solution! They are truly beautiful and it is like having a work of art in your room. They arrived within a few days with an estimated time of delivery and were well packaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We have a list of blunders this company have made and we are left with a splashback that does not match our upstands - despite paying for bespoke colour. If I could give 0 stars I would.
1. First we wait 3 weeks for them to respond to our order (£640 worth of goods)
2. Then they decide they cannot make our upstands in glass so change it to acrylic (promises of 'you won't be able to tell the difference between the glass splashback and upstand')
3. We are owed money as acrylics are cheaper. This took 4 phonecalls and many emails to receive.
4. The goods arrive 6 weeks after ordering.
5. The first splash back was not protected and arrived smashed.
6. The replacement splash back is a totally different colour to the upstands.
7. The company refuses to offer any form of compensation and we are left - 9weeks after ordering - with goods that do not match.
8. Customer service refuse to admit that any of the above is a problem.

Firstly, thank you for leaving a review. I’m genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. As a company with over 8,000 five-star reviews, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, so I’d like to address each point for clarity:
1) Response Time
You mentioned waiting three weeks for a reply. Our records show we phoned you the same day your order was placed to discuss your requirements, so I’m unsure what delay is being referred to.
2) Material Choice (Glass vs Acrylic)
You stated we decided the splashback couldn’t be made in glass. To clarify — we could manufacture it in glass, but could not safely courier it. After discussing this with you, you chose to switch to acrylic.
3) Refund Amount
You claimed money was still owed. The £63.90 difference between glass and acrylic was fully refunded on 10th September, so this is factually incorrect.
4) Delivery Timescale
You mentioned waiting six weeks. You placed the order on 13th August, were advised before purchase that items would take 14 working days to dispatch, and the order was shipped on 3rd September via dedicated 2-man delivery — exactly within the quoted timeframe.
5) Damaged Splashback
The splashback arrived damaged despite using the same packaging we send with 9,000+ items monthly. Damage in transit, while rare, can occur. We replaced it immediately at no cost, with no questions asked.
6/7/8/9) Colour Difference on Replacement
You believe the replacement splashback is a slightly different colour to the original. Minor batch variation can occur, just like wallpaper, paint, or glass from different production runs. To prevent confusion, our fitting instructions, sent with every order and included in your delivery, clearly state:
“IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE FITTING: If you have bought more than one item, please ensure they all match. In rare cases, items made in different batches may vary slightly. If they do not match, contact us BEFORE fitting.”
Had this simple step been followed, we could have collected, stripped, and repainted it at our cost in a few days. Unfortunately, the item was fully installed using industrial-strength adhesive (with a 10-year guarantee) before the concern was raised. Once fitted, our Terms & Conditions state that we cannot accept responsibility for faults not highlighted prior to installation.
Despite the instructions not being followed, our customer service manager offered goodwill compensation, which you declined. Considering the differences between the documented order history and the review, we will now withdraw that goodwill offer, while wishing you the best with your splashback.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope you are happy with your kitchen overall.

Excellent products
We bought a splashback, chopping board and clock from Premier. We were helped by James who advised us on choices, and because our splashback was made to measure how the process worked and when we could expect our order to be ready. We chose what we wanted and as we only live 10 miles away were able to pick everything up around 2 weeks later. The items were unwrapped for me in the showroom so that I could inspect them prior to taking them home. They look fantastic in our new kitchen. All in all a very positive experience from a professional company. I would not hesitate to both use this company again and to recommend them to others.
