Just had a tunnel done by premier the 2 lads turned up bang on time fitted it in the rain got full of mud never once complained what a brilliant job they did i would 100 percent recommend them thanks premier for a really good job 👏

I’m so pleased to have found Premier Polytunnels online some years ago. Their products are sensibly priced with a wide range of options. Great spares service too with speedy delivery and a friendly, helpful response by phone. I bought two Polytunnels over several years, and was delighted that they recalled my previous transactions on the phone and by email. What a very personal service. Excellent polytunnels that withstand frequent gales. Good, multi page instruction manuals too. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a tunnel online store, delivered when expected, easy to build with a pal over 2 days. Tunnel bossed the winds no bother. Ladies in office great, nothing too much trouble for them, fitting guide for tunnel and videos great. Impressed with quality kit and best service.

Promised to supply and construct. But did not turn up or phone to say they were not coming. On speaking to a rude female who did not apologize for not coming. I cancelled my order to which she replied " thanks for nothing before putting the phone down on me.
Their response says it all. More lies and sarcasm.

These guys are just great to deal with, so very helpful and very patient. When you make enquiries or ask for pricing they are not pushy nor do they bombard you with emails, they just let you be and come back as and when you are ready.
We have recently moved and purchased two larger polytunnels after being so very happy with our smaller version for a number of years in our previous home. It is a real family business, Their mum and dad even delivered our tunnels.

Loved working with premier polytunnels for the installation on my flower farm. It was so simple due to the experience and expertise of the team- they were a joy to have on the farm too! And the tunnel itself is already producing results just a few weeks in! Thank you!

Had to ring to make sure of size that I was ordering was OK was informed that I needed to order two meters more.i rang on more two occasions for advice staff was great with the advice they gave me also there online videos.
