The team at Premier Pet Travel assisted our Australian agent with a more complicated movement of our 2 dogs from Balearic Islands, Spain to Australia. The team at PPT went out of their way to help us with some time critical issues. Kind, professional and so helpful. We used Ali Premier Pet Travel last month to deliver our puppy to us. Nate and Gary, the drivers, were really great about keeping in touch with us before and during their long journey to us. Premier Pet Transport was efficient and reliable. Thanks to their great, efficient, and friendly delivery people, Dallas and Nathan, who got Theo to me ahead of time, I received my puppy safe, happy, and healthy.

Our dog was collected in St Albans and delivered to us in Marbella 2.5 days later. Before the trip all our documentation was checked for accuracy and we were requested to get the microchip checked which we did. We had regular updates through out his journey including videos which showed a very happy relaxed dog.
I would 100% recommend this transport company for their professionalism and caring
attitude and would definitely use their services again if needed.

Costa del Sol to Upton UK. We were worried about transporting our 19 year old cat but we didn't need to as she arrived happy and well cared for. A truly great service, can't be faulted and I would highly recommend.

Everything went well! Our dog arrived happy healthy and well cared for. Our international journey began in PHX, AZ USA with door to door service arranged by PetsFly.com, Then Frankfurt, then Valencia where Premier Pet Travel delivered the last leg of trip to our door in Valencia, Spain. Premier was very communicative, friendly and quick to respond vis Whatsapp. Couldn't ask for a better service -but honestly that was to be expected bc it was super expensive for us from the start. A once in a lifetime experience for us, well done, highly recommend!

They did amazing from beginning to end; they were very flexible at adapting to our travel needs and answered all our questions and concerns before and during the trip. They helped me transporting my two border collies from Seville (Spain) to Virginia (US). I will definitely rely on them again when I get back to Spain.
