First time using Premier Gas and the service was excellent. In the past I have had a poor experience from other companies who rush the job, do not check the boiler flu and are eager to get in and out quickly without taking the time to explain things. However my experience has been the opposite with Premier Gas - Craig thoroughly checked the boiler, kindly fixed an issue with the boiler flu, made the adjustments and also kindly recommended some energy saving tips and explained how a smart thermostat works for me. Not only that, he was so lovely and professional. I especially appreciate how he simplified some of the technical things about a boiler to someone who has no experience.
