Dealing with Allan from the first phone call right though to vehicle collection was outstanding. Allan was so helpful with diagnosing and communicating the issues. He happily provided us the pricing options answered any queries we had and he did not rush us into decisions.

This is third time we've used Premier Autotune. Along with the regular service, we had an oil leak in our 4 year old VW Tiguan . The leak stemming from the timing system was found, and fixed in two days. Alan took us through in detail what the problem was, what new parts were required and showed us the faulty parts. Although, not a cheap fix, after doing a bit of research on the problem and what was done it was a fair price.

Work was done well and good customer service.

Great service, prompt, professional and quoted before proceeding. Will be using Premier Autotune in the future.

Before the Polo had a jerky 1→2 shift, no real creep at lights, and I was starting to worry about the timing belt being overdue. After Alan at Premier Autotune did his magic, the difference is night and day. The gearbox now shifts smoothly, creep works properly again, and I’ve got peace of mind knowing the belt is done. It honestly feels like a new car to drive.

Alan has been looking after my Golf GTI 40 Year edition for years now. He is AMAZING! It's so clear that he knows his stuff and is passionate about providing first class service. Allan at Premier Autotune was absolutely incredible and was so helpful in getting our VW back up and running after some odd electrical issues. Allan had great communication, checked in often with how the car was going, and explained everything in great detail to help us understand what was going on so we were constantly in the loop which was much appreciated. We couldn't be happier with what he's done and so grateful to have our car up and running again after a pretty major problem in only 2 days! As new VW owners, it was quite intimidating finding the right people for the job but now we know that we have someone with great service who we will always go back too if needed. Thanks again Allan!
