I had a subscription for the alflorex which I forgot to cancel. I contacted them immediately to stop the order but they said I couldn't. So as soon as the item arrived I sent it recorded delivery to their returns address, it has now been over two weeks and they are saying it has not been delivered I have proof of the delivery which I have sent them and I keep getting the same email responses. So if you don't want to be robbed I wouldn't buy from them. I also wanted to cancel the product as I didn't find it did anything.

Regrettably my experience with this particular brand has been rather disappointing. After only three days of using the Alflorex Dual 90-day trial pack, I developed a sensitivity reaction in my stomach, throat and nose. Upon discontinuing the capsules, the reaction subsided. I promptly reported this issue to the customer service team. Unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory, stating that the product contains no ingredients known to cause such a reaction and that it can take a while for the body to adjust. It was suggested that i consult a healthcare professional. Consequently, I am now left with three bottles of capsules that I am unable to use. I work for a skin care brand and we would refund or exchange a product without question. Sadly this brand has a different policy.

I've been using Alflorex for around 8 years but recently my local store stopped stocking it. Coming direct to the PrecisionBiotics website not only saves me money but the service and speed of delivery is great!.

Disappointed that I buy directly from them on subscription....but it is cheaper to buy from Amazon UK. I don't want to support or fund USA businesses in the era of Trump. Why are you charging me more for shopping direct? I told your live chat and they just said that's how it is. Disappointing.

I wanted to buy one month's supply of Alflorex and paid the cost. I was shocked to receive a message about my subscribing. I didn't intend to sign up to a subscription, if in fact I did so. I want to buy Alflorex monthly and now I will probably buy from another supplier.
