I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only is the ring I purchased absolutely stunning and far exceeded my expectations, the service and support they provide is second to none. I received multiple communications throughout the entire design process with drawings for approval and pictures showing the progress.
There was an issue with UPS claiming they could not find my house. Not only did precious carbon contact me within minutes of the UPS notice, they followed through the entire process with UPS trying to resolve the delivery issues. UPS actually returned my ring to the sender, and since they are actually located fairly close to me, they hand-delivered the ring to my house.
I had the same reservations as most of you especially when comparing prices and seeing how much less they are than everyone else. I’m a firm believer and you get what you pay for, but in this case the beauty and quality far surpassed my hopes and the personal touch they provide is spectacular.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better ring for my wife. The ring was exactly what I wanted, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.
What really stood out was the customer service and communication. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process of making the ring, and were always there when I had a question. At one point, I asked if they could call me, and they called within five minutes! That level of service is hard to find these days.
The pricing was very fair, the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service went above and beyond from start to finish. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, high-quality ring from a company that truly takes care of its customers, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Ring was custom made, I got emails of the process of CAD file to manufacturing, received an excellent quality diamond and best value online. Would definitely do business again!

I know it can be scary to use the Internet to order jewelry, but my experience with Precious Carbon has been excellent! We were in contact the whole time and any changes I wanted were granted before the ring was made. The results were nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The diamond sparkles and reflects a tremendous amount of light. The bands are precise & clean. Pictures do not do it justice! My wife was in tears when I presented her upgraded wedding ring on our anniversary!
I also used Klarna to pay - for an extra layer of security & didn’t even have to pay interest.

Shipping took a little longer than expected. My band is not exactly what I was expecting or what was pictured, the image showed a raised basket so that you would be able to wear a band flush against it. Mine is not raised so I needed to buy a spacer to wear with my wedding band. It’s also not stamped Inside. Communication was good, I did have to reach out for updates a few times during the process, but I always received prompt responses. All and all it is a beautiful ring and I am happy with my purchase.

Since you were pairing the ring with a band you already owned, the two pieces may not sit completely flush depending on the shape and height of the existing band. If we had known beforehand that you wanted the engagement ring specifically designed to sit flush with your existing wedding band, we would have been happy to take that into consideration during the design process.

The ring arrived at the time they said it would. The process was very good from start to finish. The emailed CAD drawing of what it would look like and size verification was well done. The box and packaging was beautiful. Very nice experience and price was very reasonable compared to a jewelry shop. Only thing that wasn’t with the ring was the diamond certificate. There was a note saying to email if missing.
