Worst experience ever. Product quality was pathetic and customer service is even worse. After returning the product, I am still waiting endlessly for my refund. Totally unprofessional behavior. Avoid at all costs

don't buy for them they will talk to you and help you until you pay. Arjun assured me that he will take care of me if I have any problems and he will check the order before he sends it and he sent the wrong order wrong size the tags were removed. The clothes are very small now he's not replying after sending me the smaller order and basically the tags are cut off from the neck area because my order said three XL so they send me the wrong size but took the tag off and now they're not replying and Arjun assured me that he will take care of off my order

Impossible to navigate through their exchange policy. If you end up with an ill fitted outfit then you are doomed. I’m sitting with three.
Apparently the exchange window is three days and the WhatsApp number takes weeks to respond. Their excuse..they were busy but who suffers…the customers and they give zero hoots about it.
Another one of my confirmed order of an outfit was cancelled by them after a month because they said they were busy.
moral of the story: There are multiple better options to shop from with far better customer care. Try MULMUL instead.

I ordered a suit set on 9th March.Was scheduled to recieve in 3 - 4 days. They kept delaying the order and today i got a msg that the product is out of stock ! Its a prepaid order ,instead of offering refund they want me to choose another suit? Also they respond after hours!! No system to call. Its a scam!!

I just recently ordered three outfits from them with their promotion of buy two get one free
Two of them came on time and fit me perfectly. The quality was also beautiful.
The third one apparently got damaged in production, so they did follow up with me and gave me the option to get something else instead which they shipped very promptly
I am very pleased with the quality and their service and their speed. I would definitely buy from them again.

Horrible experience with Pratap sons. They are just looting customers. The only way to connect with Pratapsons is through whatsapp and two people Kamal and Arjun don't bother to respond. They keep refund money from customers. They don't transfer if back. Return pick up takes 1 month time. They assure discount and after orde placement takes it hack

Please don't place your order from them, they do all the possible advertisements and ask for advance payment and then never ship your product. CUstomer service is suckiest !!

Order placed in October 2024 and was to be delivered within 40 days. Till January 23rd, 2025 item has not been delivered. No refund no reply from the brand. They are cheats. Buy at own risk.

I recently ordered few dresses with the deal buy 2 get 1 free. One of the free dresses got missed adding to the cart before I paid. I reached out to Pratap and sons and they quickly responded through WhatsApp and Email.
Suman reached out to me on WhatsApp and resolved my issue. She understood my concern and took care of it very satisfyingly by adding the free dress I picked to my order.

Love Pratap & Sons! Gorgeous outfits but icing on the cake is Kamal who saved me.. some issues with outfits that didn’t make it to India … I’d bought from pratap&sons in the US and was coming to Jaipur for a wedding. Got on WhatsApp and kamal Responded immediately. I needed two outfits stat and kamal immediately sent me links, worked with me to find the right outfits measurements that fit my size…. And worked with me in making sure my US payment methods worked in India. He also made sure I’d get my outfits delivered to my hotel in Jaipur the next day! Amazing communication stellar service and gorgeous outfits… thanks so much!!

Unfortunately, I've not had a very good experience with the vendor. It's 5 days since I placed my order and it has not yet left Jaipur, and the customer service responses are not very good either.

They have nice material and designs. They are more on traditional styles which are forever.

The quality is exceptional, and the customer service is fantastic. I had a "made-to-order" set shipped to the US, and Suman helped me with it and made sure it was delivered on time. She was super professional and answered all my questions. I've purchased from them again and am very happy with the experience.

First of all, their website glitches all the time. Their customer service is dismal. The size chart they have is inaccurate. They have a lot of social media marketing but their products do not match the descriptions. I would advice you all to save your money and order from other legitimate sites no matter how tempting the offer! Complete fraud and sub standard products for high prices!!

I have ordered an orange dress on 2 nd dec , but not got it yet ! The site or wapp no body is responding. This site is a cheat ! They give you a bluedart tracking number ! That has no current status . This site is fake ! Pls stay away !
