I made a purchase with a valid shipping address. Well they didn’t like my address so they went ahead and resold the product and expect me to just be ok with whatever they can give me as a solution. I say they need to recall whatever package was sent with my products and give me what I purchased and not screw me over. I’m so over companies screwing me out of what I paid for and say oh it’s now out of stock these are your new options. That’s a scam and a rip off.

They also don’t respond during North American waking hours so good luck to you.

I tried my dad’s Pranamat a few times and was instantly hooked – I could really feel the relief in my back right away! I figured I’d try to save some money and ordered a cheaper version online... big mistake. It felt like nothing, was super flimsy, and just didn’t work the same at all.
So I ended up getting my own Pranamat, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The quality and the results are on a whole different level. So worth it!

I love my pranamat. Telling you honestly, i can not imagine my life without the MOON, i use it every day at my office and every evening when get home and relax. Those who work in offices- Pranamat is a must have product.

At first, it's hard to adjust because the feeling is super intense, but after a minute or so, you can feel the warm sensation. It helps with my period cramps. It increases the blood circulation, so I don't have to take so much pain medicine. So happy with it and it looks super cute at my home, I don't have to hide it!

This thing saved my back. I tried a cheaper version at my moms house, then ordered the real one from pranamat and it is WOW. I use it every evening now for a year already. recommend everyone who struggles with back pain and neck too.

It is not worth buying Pranamat. Mysa, the authentic one, is working really well on back pain and insomnia, mainly the one with also the bio-magnets, you feel the difference. this one is a "marketing" product , just estethically nice, but the flowers are simply doing no effect.

Ich nutze das Pranamat Eco Set (Kissen + Matte) regelmäßig und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und solide, und was noch wichtiger ist – es wirkt! Meine Rückenschmerzen haben sich deutlich verbessert. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die nach einer natürlichen Methode zur Schmerzlinderung suchen.

Product is amazing. Is based on the original French Champ De Fleurs. However PranaMat is too lazy to deduct VAT from the price for the UK customers so you end up paying it twice.
Once to Prana Mat and second time to the HMRC.
This is a lazy business practice. You either don't charge UK customers any VAT or you charge them and then take care of all import duties.
Simple
My mat (mat and a pillow) ended up costing me nearly 300£ after paying 70£ to customs.

Be aware if you are shopping in the UK. This company’s website doesn’t warn you that they have not included VAT in their price. They do warn if a possible customs processing charge but it will not be clear to most that a further charge will be payable.

Ik ben dol op mijn pranamat en gebruik hem vaak. Maar sinds kort heb ik het nekkussen ook en dat is een flinke tegenvaller. Hij is heel stug en klein. Mijn nek past er eigenlijk net niet lekker in waardoor hij vervolgens recht op mijn nek staat. De drukpunten zijn ook raar verdeeld. Het was veel fijner geweest als hij qua vorm wat flexibeler en zwaarder was geweest

Ik ben super tevreden over mijn Pranamat. Het verlicht mijn rug klachten en ik kom echt in diepe ontspanning. Elke dag ga ik er op liggen. Ik kan niet meer zonder. Echt een dikke aanrader! Ben er super blij mee!

Das Kissen und die Matten sind super und ich benutze sie seit längerer Zeit regelmässig.
Speziell für meinen Rücken und Nacken super!
Musste mich anfangs langsam an die spitzigen Lotusblüten gewöhnen, doch mittlerweile geniesse ich die Entspannung

I bought my mat a few weeks ago delivery time was longer than confirmed.
The spikes they say you get use to in a week or so and build up from a few minutes day by day. I tried but it is painful and not relaxing at all just giving more stress to the muscles and nerves. Im very dissatisfied with my purchase

This is one of the higher priced mats out there, but the quality is excellent, and the plastic lotus spikes are securely attached and well formed. It provides so many benefits, too many to mention, but recently, I fell at work and hurt my ankle on a Friday. It was very sore and swollen. As hard as it was, I forced myself to stand on the foot mat, starting with 15 seconds and working up to one minute, several times a day. I could tell a difference from the very first time I stood for 15 seconds! The pain didn’t seem as strong, and by day two, the pain was pretty much gone, and the swelling was down. I was able to return to work on Monday. I’ve used this mat for my lower back, relaxation/stress relief. The spikes do hurt, but you get addicted to it! lol

Prodotti ottimi. Troppo costosi. E non hanno rispetto dei clienti affezionati. Fanno prodotti nuovi come i mini cuscini che sono acquistabili solo con l’acquisto di un’altro set. Quindi sono solo per i nuovi clienti. Se poi gli rimangono “sul groppone “ per poco li mettono online o sull’acquisto di un solo prodotto in omaggio. O come il caso dei ricci tre a 100€ senza possibilità di scelta colore. Il prana moon non si può acquistare singolarmente. Scelte di marketing pessime!

Ich habe ein Set bestellt. Soweit so gut.
Es wurde auch schnell versendet aber mit DPD und dann hat das Drama angefangen !
Ich habe weder eine Abstellgenehmigung noch war ich daheim und habe das Paket angenommen ! Es ist weg !
Es gibt keinen Nachweis, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde oder woanders abgegeben wurde ! Hier ist der Händler in der Beweispflicht ! Aber es interessiert ihn nicht !
1. ich musste eine Erklärung schreiben, dass ich das Paket nicht bekommen habe !
2. DPD hat 3 Wochen Zeit dies zu prüfen !
3. die 3 Wochen sind heute um und heute kommt das frechste überhaupt: das Schrieben wäre nicht leserlich und sie brauchen eine Tel ! ich werde meine Telefonnummer nicht an DPD geben ! Streng genommen, muss ich überhaupt keine Erklärung ausfüllen !!!!!!! Das habe ich nur aus Kulanz gemacht !

Inzwischen möchte ich auch weder Ersatz. noch sonstwas mit dieser Firma zu tun haben, sondern einfach mein Geld wieder ! Seit 4 Wochen schreibe ich mir die Finger wund & es passiert gar nichts !

I usually never write any reviews, but this mat is just amazing. I got it as a present for my husband and now we need to "fight" who gonna lay on it first. I use it everyday and it massively helped me to fall asleep, it is usually can take me hour/hours to fall asleep, but now I am falling alseep on the mat itself within 10-15min. It is really helping with my back pain too.
Mat is beautiful and made from amazing materials.

Product is good. Delivery sucks. DHL has no idea what they are to do. Time for Pranamat to consider a different delivery partner.

They kind of scam you over in the ordering process. Showing a lower total first apparently without adding the shipping costs and adding the shipping cost later. Will see how the mat holds up. Seems to be pushed by paid influencers, paid reviews, and people who got a mat for free.

It's hard to get used to at first, but it's worth it. It helps me to relax and fall asleep if I'm stressed, and also relieves lower back pain. It is an absolute must-have!
