All members of the team were professional, helpful, clear and available. Responses were received quickly and this helped to move the matter forward in a timely manner. It is not easy to make very complex things clear and understandable but this was achieved in this case. Emails were answered promptly and calls were always returned. The charges were in all the circumstances both fair and reasonable. I would happily recommend this team to others seeking equity release arrangements. What's not to like? Superb service

Superb service. Professional but also friendly and approachable. I was kept up to date at every step of my particular process, which I was extremely grateful for.

Special mention for Maya, who visited me at home, and was extremely good, taking her time to explain each item before signatures were completed; and also Erin, who contacted me several times by phone and email to keep me updated and too confirm some vital details.

Very impressed, and grateful too.

A Breath of Fresh Air

After using other conveyancers I am really impressed with Erin and Poynton Law, they are a breath of fresh air and turn around cases quickly and efficiently whilst providing regular updates.

Absolutely 5 star service, start to finish

I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Poynton Law Ltd Solicitors and in particular Charlotte Williams. This turned out to be a fiddly (legal term) process due I think to the fact Ive been on property over 30yrs, yet Charlotte never left me hanging wondering what was going on. I was always kept in the loop and she was part of a team who ensured my case was dealt with swiftly after deadlines were put on through no fault of her own. Will definitely be recommending her and Poyntons in the future. If i didnt have such a lousy flu I would no doubt be more eloquent but 5* all round and THANK YOU Charlotte.

Law firm with prompt service and reasonable fees

Poynton Law were recommended by my Equity Release advisor. They dealt with my case promptly and efficiently and kept me updated. Their fees were reasonable as well. Another well known law firm took 2 weeks to reply to my query and quoted fees which were double those of Poynton Law!

First Class Service

Charlotte was very helpful and patient. Everything explained in detail and plain language (in some cases two or three times) We were never under any pressure to proceed until we were satisfied that we were happy with the final offer. Charlotte made the whole experience simple and quick. Would recommend Poynton Law to anybody requiring the services of a solicitor.

Charlotte Williams at Poynton law has provided the most amazing service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for her anything I was unsure about she guided me through. I would recommend her to all my Friends and family
