Did plenty of research for alarm systems & Powersaver came out on top for the equipment I required. Spoke to the branch directly who had all the gear in stock & provided a cheaper than on-line quote. Excellent & fast communication with next day delivery. Cannot comment on the equipment supplied as yet but will update once fitted.

I was looking for a new control panel for house alarm.
Found what I was looking for, called Proprietors to check, they replied and everything ok!
Received item ok!
No user/installation manual included though! (This is what I contacted them to ask about!!)

Good quick delivery, although placing an order on a Friday afternoon means you don't receive the item(s) until the following Tuesday.

I ordered a Texecom Alarm kit. Their website and the invoice they sent with the order said that the kit included a communicator. I did not receive one and on inquiry was told that the communicator was no longer included in the kit. They had two communicators in stock but refused to send me one without charge instead offering to refund the cost of the kit. This did not help me as I bought the kit to install the alarm system and not be left with a load of peripherals without the heart of the system. Their attitude despite the website and the invoice saying so was that it is not their fault and it is a take it or leave it situation.
To me it was misrepresentation of what was being sold. I recommend that anyone buying from them checks the info on the website directly with them before ordering.

Fine, but...

The manufacturer failed to include jnstallation instructions! Not only did I have to "register " with them as an installer, but I then had to download and print more than 35 pages of instructions. What a waste of time and effort. This is security gone mad. I was as you know disgusted that Honeywell now fail to support their "Intellisense" alarm (instructions were included) which you supplied to me only 2 years ago. Lets hope this one lasts longer.

The website is easy to navigate and search and details listed are comprehensive and accurate. Easy to order and communication from the supplier was good too. The product arrived on time, well packed and exactly as advertised. NO issues whatsoever, efficient anf professional service. Will definitely use again for future relevant items.

The guys sent out the wrong items , but the service in putting that right was second to none , will be using again for sure
