2nd Powerbug trolley now. No complaints whatsoever. Had a Motocaddy previously which gave me nothing but problems with battery. A fairly basic trolley and don't care about gizmos, as long as it goes forward for 36 holes.

Christian was great - recognising the problem instantly and seeing that the trolley was still in warranty, sent me the necessary new wheel which arrived a couple of days later.

I required a new mini lithium battery for my trolley. It was sent next day delivery and was received, charged and usable within 24hrs. The staff at powerbug are always courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You get 1st class service as standard.

Powerbug trolleys are great so I ordered a new one as my old trolley was not right for the course I play. Ordering was easy. I traded in my old trolley and got a fair price for it against a new one. All went well up to the delivery. DHL sent me numerous messages which were confusing. I planned to be home on the first attempt but they delayed the delivery. I rescheduled and that got delayed also. I rang both companies but had to ask Jimmy from Powerbug to the chase the delivery which he did. Finally it arrived 6 days late. Jimmy was brilliant throughout the process.

The product itself looks fine and will be tested shortly. My only complaint was that the delivery window was given as 10:48 to 14:28 and the gloves were actually delivered at 18:00!!
